Are you linking your Intentions with your message here on LinkedIn ?
I coach several executives and leaders, and I'm beginning to discover
The pattern 🔑
1 Leaders and executives are well known in their organizations and maybe even in their own circle
2 But many here don't know how to build a solid #network
3 Or might not know how to #strategize #personalbranding here
I know several #thoughtleaders in their sector / domain who struggle to communicate and powerfully get their insights out here
About four months into LinkedIn
I began questioning what it is I was trying to say here
I gained traction and was excited about how my entire team were people I began to discover resonance with #tirglobal
Missing intention :
But the more I was gaining
The deeper was the gap I felt in what I was saying here and how I really felt.
After having worked with #Dell #Hp #Accenture #Intel #JpMorgan#DeutscheBank #Huawei and several others
I was out here posting about personal growth when what I really wanted to share was my experiences with corporates primarily leadership growth and culture.
Taking a step back :
I actively stepped back to realign the purpose, intention & message
1 My intention w/ organizations is to create the right environment for leaders and their teams equipped
to #grow, #inspire and #THRIVE 🔥
via #TirGlobal w/ my partner Brad Capuozzo & team #Jenny Sassoon Karen Webster
2 To #GiveBack by harnessing #Community #Conversations #Coaching & #Mentoring via #MentorYou w/ my partner Cory Warfield
3 To amplify the message of #Belongingness here #LinkedInLove & via our 4 year old platform #VibhaForInclusion & the #SpeakUpSeries
I'm back, and I'm clear 🔥
Clarity of intention breeds solid outcomes
What are your outcomes
How are you amplifying your intentions on #LinkedIn
How can we support each other ?

5yI must say you were quick to spot this biggest pitfall of LinkedIn Caroline Cares Fernandes. We tend to get lost in 'likes' and 'comments' and forget our real purpose of of being on social media I started my LinkedIn journey with the clear intention to present myself as an expert in my core areas like creativity, innovation and strategy However, what I have observed that my content in the niche area attracts less engagement. And whenever I upload something on topics that majority can relate to, I find a big spike in the engagement. May be people are more comfortable in commenting on day-to-day topics Now I am balancing my content with both: 1. Day-to-day content for high engagement and positively influencing LinkedIn algorithm 2. Niche content Any thoughts or advice on this?
