Your Financial Algorithm

Your Financial Algorithm

We say the word algorithm often, but do you know what it means when it comes to your choices for wealth and personal finance?

Algorithm - "a set of rules, signals, and data that determine how content is filtered, ranked, selected, and recommended to users on a social media platform"

In the math world, algorithm is a set of steps to solve a problem.

In social media it is the filter for you to see what you want to see essentially.

However, during Financial Freedom Fridays last week, Nia Adams, MBA, CFEI, AFC® Candidate hit us with your FINANCIAL ALGORITHM!

Follow Nia Adams!!

Think about it.

As you learn things about money, more important things show up in your life.

You notice certain things more.

Glad she dropped that nugget on our #LinkedInAudio!

We also had Ray'Chel W. hit us with the fact the WE are all assets!

Follow Ray'Chel Wilson

Sometimes we get so caught up in money things that we forget people and their mindsets make the things happen.

These are some of the things we talk about every Friday at 10am EST! If that's something you can add to or like to hear about to improve your algorithm then join us!

As we fly closer towards the end of first quarter (I know.....It flew by), employers need to realize these things and others are things that their employees care about. Plus, since employees have a lot of options for employment now, they need more than a paycheck to entice them to work somewhere.

So with SOOOO many jobs available employers need to be as different as someone deciding to sell clothing. You have to do MORE than others in the market to stand out. That's why I've been seeing employers of all sizes take the benefits conversation more seriously.

It helps them save money by filling the job sooner and by keeping people on their team longer.

Maybe it used to not matter, but nowadays it does.

Your algorithm had to change...........

Stay in the know! We're in the information age so being exposed to things helps.

It helped me in my 10+ years doing the work I do in multiple ways!

Here's one way to stay exposed this Friday by just listening. This is also a great way to network! Register by clicking the image:

Wanna make bank like banks do...??

Banks specialize in selling money. Seems like if they do ANYTHING with money, you might want to pay attention to it.
