The Power of Belief
For a significant part of my life, I felt like I was on this journey alone, with no one to truly believe in my dreams. Many of us hope for the unwavering support of our families in pursuing our visions and feel deeply hurt when we don’t feel the support at the levels we desire. But the reality is, our dreams and visions are “ours” and many times our family and friends just don’t understand it or see how it is even possible. People tend to believe based on their past experiences, yet our dreams and visions can only become a reality based on new experiences!
Surround Yourself with Mutual Believers
Belief in oneself and your dreams are the cornerstone of any successful personal and professional journey. It's the spark that ignites action. And when you surround yourself with people who believe in you, that spark turns into a roaring fire of potential. This is exactly why “Demand Your Mindshift” is one of the foundational pillars of the 4DSHIFT™ Coaching System.
Without belief, confusion, self-doubt, procrastination, and negative thinking will continue to keep us stuck from our progress and that dream we can so vividly see inside our conscious mind.

I've learned that even while having a successful professional career, there were areas in my life where I didn't fully believe in myself. It's a common struggle, but it's a hurdle you can overcome.
We have to learn how to be our biggest cheerleader and learning how to do that will accelerate your focus, motivation, confidence, and even your overall well-being!
One of the 4DSHIFT™ techniques that I use is simple and takes very little time, yet is extremely powerful.
So, I want you to take a moment for yourself right now and do the following:
-Take out your phone and get ready to record a video message.
-Take a few seconds to look at yourself in that camera in the most loving accepting way possible.
-Then gently put a smile on your face and look directly into your eyes.
-Now I want you to and say aloud, "I believe in you", while you’re still looking directly into your eyes.
-Then continue to say “I believe in you” until you have said it at least three times.

-Then, I want you to place the video for yourself throughout the day so you get it deep inside of you that you believe in you and in your dream vision…Because everything starts with BELIEF!
It takes a system, a plan, and a daily reminder. This message is one of those daily reminders: I believe in you, and you can believe in yourself too.
Sometimes, all we need is to hear it from someone else. But always remember, I believe in you, and it's time for you to believe in yourself too.

In closing, remember that your vision is extraordinary and your journey is unique. There may be doubts, challenges, and days when you question your path.
