A friend recently joked that my job seems like a never-ending celebration in various countries around the world 😅 It does sound dreamy - recently, I attended 3rd Anniversary Endeavor Romania, 10th Anniversary Endeavor Spain, and 2nd Anniversary Endeavor Poland. But while these events are full of energy and excitement, the real magic goes much deeper. These gatherings are not just about celebrations - they’re opportunities to bring together some of the world’s most inspiring, successful and experienced tech entrepreneurs, investors, and supporters, all in one place. The confidential conversations, and connections that happen at these moments are what fuel the next wave of growth. My work is about enabling those connections, connecting entrepreneurs who dream big, scale fast, and pay it forward. When we help founders meet the right people, the ripple effect is tremendous - more growth for their companies, more impact on their customers and employees, and perhaps most importantly, inspiration for the next generation of entrepreneurs to push even further. Como sabéis la vida del emprendedor es una serie de altibajos, de preguntas constantes sobre qué hacer a continuación. Especialmente tras un exit, ese momento tan esperado, tan anhelado, que al llegar muchas veces no llena el vacío que deja la pasión del día a día construyendo algo propio. Para muchos emprendedores, vender su empresa es el final de un capítulo, pero la historia lejos de terminar se convierte en el "What's Next Moment". Es un momento para parar, para reflexionar, para redescubrir qué nos impulsa y hacia dónde queremos ir.
