CARFAX, the vehicle data company, has signed a lease for approximately 87,000 square feet of office space across three floors at 1906 Reston Metro Plaza in Reston Station, property developer and manager Comstock Companies announced. CARFAX expects to complete the move into its new space by the end of 2025. “We are thrilled to announce the relocation of our corporate headquarters to Reston Station,” CARFAX CEO Bill Eager said in a press release. “This move marks a pivotal moment in our company’s journey, providing us with a dynamic space that will serve as the foundation for our next phase of growth.” Reston Station, part of the broader Fairfax County area, is among the largest mixed-use developments in the mid-Atlantic region, spanning 90 acres around the Wiehle-Reston East Station on Metro’s Silver Line. This area features Trophy-Class office buildings that serve as national or regional headquarters for Google, ICF International, Spotify, and more. Fairfax County Economic Development Authority staff members proudly donated canned and other non-perishable food items through an annual food drive to Food for Others. This year, our team donated 2,335 pounds of food, and from 2021, staff members have donated 4,930 pounds to Food for Others.
