Sam Yadav, along with his wife Vanita, founded Quest Safety Products, Inc, a company that manufactures and distributes personal protective equipment to major pharmaceutical and life sciences corporations across the country. As Quest’s CEO, Yadav has demonstrated a strong commitment to job creation and investment in the ethnically diverse, under-resourced community just east of Indianapolis’s airport, where the company recently built a new 58,000-square-foot headquarters and warehouse. The Abbott-LISC Initiative to Support Diverse Businesses in Health provided $250,000 in growth capital to help fuel Quest’s expansion. Yadav's dedication goes beyond job creation, extending support for his workers and the broader community. Attendees learn about evaluating project potential, understanding the financial dynamics of buildings, and navigating the professional ecosystem in the real estate development space.
