The lady who helped us at the service desk was rude and very unhelpful. We had drove all the way from Dallas to Orlando with a uhaul we booked 2 nights but couldn't make the first one as we were still on route. She didn't want to give us our room and said that the reservation was canceled because we no showed for our booking. Long story short we had to get the manager who was nice enough to help us and gave us our room.

Count your towels and wash rags when you get in. We had to buy more because they didnt have any to give us and we were told there was enough for 8 of us but there wasnt. Even with buying our children magic washrags from dollar tree we didnt have enough. They will not give you new towel and wash rags everyday you will need to wash them every day. Wouldnt have been bad if the dryer didnt take 2 hrs to dry.. They also did not have enough pool towels to give us. Thankfully my 5 brough our own but my in laws did not since the website says that pool towels are given for the pool. They do not wipe down the cabanas. They told us if we wanted to use them than we would have to wipe them down ourselves or take our chances. We got locked out of our room everyday. I also know that there was a lot of your rooms are not ready going on. I'm hoping they are just short staffed but it seemed to be the theme that week with everyone. We were lucky enough to get our room when we checked in. Also they said my card did not work when I used it at the pool bar just 20 min prior. They had me re do it with the same card and it worked. The townhouse itself was nice and big and we had enough room for all of us. I am not sure if this was recently bought and they are working the kinks out but they need to do better on their housekeeping and making sure they have enough towels and washrags for everyone. This place wont be my 1st choice..

It was an absolute privilege to reside at the Etta Hotel for a few nights with my wife. In summary I can sincerely affirm that it was an exquisite experience. The hotel is a magnificent opus of architecture and design, with a rich legacy and a glamorous aura. A true Gem I discovered by accident from a photograph that popped up on my screen. The staff was courteous, attentive and professional, always eager to assist and make me feel welcomed. The room was spacious, comfortable and refined edifying true beauty. The amenities were first-class, from the sumptuous spa and fitness center, to the splendid pools and restaurant with it's own Michelin Chef. The only room for improvement would be a wider variety of vegan foods to choose from however, don't let that dissuade you from booking. We also got the chance to meet the owner Sheila, what an inspiring lady, she spent so much time with us making sure we were ok and well watered for our trip to Miami on the morning we left. It was truly a memorable and outstanding stay that I would endorse to anyone looking for a splendid hotel in Kissemmee. I will be returning soon, save me a room!

Nice modern room, even if a bit small for 4 people. The main table turns into another bed. There's a good fridge, a coffee maker, tea and coffee. Good shower and good products in the bathroom. The pools were basic but great with a nice water temperature. The service from all the staff was great, they really have a good customer service culture.

This Hampton is outdated, as are others under the chain. This is the third time I have been disappointed in a stay from Hampton. The staff is overly friendly and great at trying to make thing's right just feel that Hilton can be doing more by putting more back intontheir hotels for upkeep and upgrades for the amount that are being charged. The curtains did not shut all the way for privacy due to them being broken, the refrigerator leg/hinge was broken, so did not close properly and the trash had not been emptied upon arrival to the room. The pro to this entry is, the front desk staff was more than gracious and friendly. I give them kudos! Have been a longtime Hilton honors member, but sadly becoming let down in the last couple of years. Please don't use the pandemic as an excuse! They need to start putting money back into their resorts and hotels!

Does this old beauty upgrade room type not depend on the number of people? The room is really big and big, you can cook, the resort facilities are very good, there are swimming pools, arenas, and gyms, but it's a pity that we leave early and return to the amusement park every day, so we don't have time to experience the facilities of the hotel Room with washer and dryer, balcony This is the only hotel where we can do laundry for free in four cities in the United States, and the hotel is very close to Disney by taxi. It takes only a dozen dollars to arrive. It is a little far from Universal Studios, and it costs 25 dollars to take a taxi. Parking at the hotel is free, but this time I didn't drive by myself. If I have the opportunity to come to Orlando again in the future, I will choose to live here

this is a LONG REVIEW but it’s honest and hopefully helpful. I tried breaking it into sections. My review of capital vacations and the resort itself. OVERALL I booked this stay through capital vacations as they now own the property. I received a “free” 4 day 3 night stay as long as I attended a sales pitch. Beware of hidden fees and up charges for things like turn down service in the rooms. The pictures show what you’re likely to get. We stayed on the 2nd floor. I was told they’re updating rooms starting at the top so try to get a 5th floor room if you can. CALYPSO CAY With that being said, I don’t recommend staying here and furthermore I wouldn’t purchase anything from capital. The water smelled weird ? (Idk if that’s a Kissimmee thing or a calypso cay thing). The carpet and bedding was visibly stained making it hard to be comfortable here. Our dryer didn’t work, we called for service and waited about an hour before we just left. The resort itself wasn’t anything special either. Maybe for couples with small children for a weekend getaway ? But even then I don’t think it’s worth it. CAPITAL VACATIONS The salesmen I was assigned was personable and likeable enough. The pitch is actually convincing. I went in knowing I wouldn’t be purchasinf a timeshare but after the presentation and a talk with our salesmen I found myself wanting to know more and trying to make it make sense lol. We start out talking about $50k for their vacation package. After about 7 no’s we got all the way down to 8k but of course you have to buy right then and there. Most people know these time share and cavation rental companies are quite “scammy” but if you don’t know, just use your judgement. If someone pressures you into a HUGE decision, maybe not a good idea. If the price gets lower and lower with every “No”, it’s probably not a good idea.

I recently stayed at this Embassy Suites location and was blown away by it's attention to detail. The interior and exterior of the property was extremely clean and fresh. The interior decor, and welcoming scent was uplifting. The condition of the walkways, and rooms was perfect! The free breakfast and it's superb selections, rivaled many of the best breakfast restaurants in the area. While I was disappointed in the $15 self parking daily rate, the property and kindness of the staff exceeded my expectations. I would like to compliment all, especially the housekeeping and maintenance staff. Attention to detail is everything, and this property appears to focus on that firsthand. I am looking forward to returning back soon. Thank you for a great experience!
