Excellent~! except 4 things below. Staffs are SUPER kind. 1. Luggage keeping for early check in I checked out from Four seasons and continuously checked in to Capella. So I asked my luggage from Four seasons to Capella. But I was very disappointed when I first saw that my luggage are stored outside of Capella lobby. My luggage was outside of the building and the weather was more than 35 degrees at that time. My luggage should be cooked. If I knew that you guys will store my luggage outside of the building, I wouldn't ask that kind of request. I would carry them for myself and ask put my luggage inside of the storage before check-in. If you and Four seasons decided to care for luggage service for customers who use both hotel, you need to store customers' luggage inside the building which is cool and safe. 2. Electric blind. Because of malfunctioning of the blind in the bathroom. I had to call for the staff at night. But there were dust and dirt at one of engineering staff's clothes. I understand that he could easily have dirt on his clothes considering that he is an engineer but anyway he brought dust in my room. Moreover, it took some time to fix the electronic blind and it caused lots of dust while fixing and they had to step up my washstand so that I requested to clean. But when the staff came to clean the bathroom, he doesn't look so professional. First, he brought 3 hand mops in his hand but hand mops look dirty(at least not clean, old, too much used, stitches loosen) and his cleaning process doesn't look so professional too. I guess he might not be professional cleaning staff, rather than night watch. I explained him that due to fixing the blind, there were lots of dust there, and he said ”Yes” but he just wiped out washstand and wash bowl. But still lots of dust remains on the water tap which shines so that easily looking for dust. 3. Cin Cin hour Cin Cin hour itself was good. But the qualify of finger food was bad considering expectation of Capella. It seemed that the finger food came from leftover of the morning buffet. The finger food was dried and not fresh. Also, in my experience of both four seasons(BKK Social Club) and Stella, overall interior is better in BKK Social Club. 4. Boat Time Table From 7 pm, Boat arrives and leaves at Pier 1 from ICONSIAM(used to be Pier 3 during daylight). But there was no explanation not only in the time table but also from the staff. So, I missed the boat and had to spend another hour.

My college BFF and I had a reunion in Bangkok to celebrate our 30 years of friendship. We couldn't decide which luxury hotel to stay in since there were so many 5 Star Hotels in Bangkok. We finally selected several hotels including Park Hyatt, Four Seasons, and Capella Bangkok. We also considered the Mandarin Oriental but we decided to go with those three. Our stay at the Capella ranks among one of my best hotel experience, even above the Raffles in Singapore and the Ritz Carlton Kyoto. The Capella was a breath of fresh air from the moment you step in. We were assigned a friendly Culturist named Pac who checked us in with a welcome drink and walked us to our room. The view from our room took our breath away. We had a 180 view of the Chao Phraya river and its bustling boats. The hotel is one of the newest properties in Bangkok, so everything was state-of-the-art. The beds were supremely comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. We went to the lovely bar to enjoy cocktail hour and hors d'oeuvres, then proceeded to take the hotel boat shuttle to nearby Icon Siam Mall. The whole experience was seamless way to escape the Bangkok traffic. The young man by the river named Bee was extremely helpful. The next morning, we participated in the Sunrise Yoga before indulging in a leisurely breakfast by the river. We met with one of the managers, Pin, who took the time to ask how we're enjoying our stay. I then went to the Spa for the famous Thai massage, I was warmly greeted by the entire staff, but Egg and Honey took special care of me. Our stay at the Capella was short but sweet. We walked over to the Four Seasons for our next stay, however, we wished we had stayed at the Capella. Four Seasons was definitely a downgrade and did not have the personal touch we so appreciated at the Capella.

Hotel was newly renovated and really really nice. Room is big and clean, equipment very nice and convenient. Location not bad. need some walk to main road, but very peaceful. We love the balcony, and restaurant for brunch. Nice view and comfortable. However, staffs were mostly friendly but not very well-trained. Some did not even greeting us when met at the elevator or corridors, which should not happen at a five star hotel we thought. Overall, we like this hotel, hope can have better experience next time.

Incomparable good service professionally and warmly delivered. Just stayed there for four nights and everyone from the reception and concierge to the restaurant waitresses and managers are great. The facilities are as warm and on a human scale as you can get and for me it is the epitome of Siam and Bangkok. One complaint …we are now spoiled for good!!

The best hotel in the trip to Bangkok, the same price is really better than the big-name hotel chains such as Four Seasons Park Hyatt. Small crowd, distinctive, quiet amidst the hustle and bustle, first-class service, suitable for relaxation. Facing the river, the location is very good, and there is a pier where you can take a boat. There is nothing wrong except that the taxi is very congested, especially at dinner time, you must call grab in advance or leave early.

The Siam is above our expectations - the staff are friendly and especially our butler Khun Gub. Love the deco and ambience of the hotel and the ferry shuttle provided by the hotel makes traveling around tourist attractions a breeze! Will definitely stay here from now on whenever I visit Bangkok. Highly recommend!

Excellent service, memorable stay & experience with Louis Vuitton event & Virgil Abloh FW22 show.. We must commend manager Ben & his immaculate team at the FS Spa. Congratulations for a successful opening. We were the very first clients on 31 May at 10am appointment, greeted warmly by Ben as the elevator doors opened. Our masseuses were warm, engaging and professional, with excellent firm hands for our Oil remedial massage. In addition, the Spa shop has beautiful products for purchase. The concierge service via WhatsApp is convenient, efficient and just what modern travelers find useful. Day to day housekeeping requests, in room dining order, restaurant bookings etc. Nothing is too much to ask for the excellent FS team who is service-oriented and well-trained. We had a river-view room. It definitely adds to our experience in Bangkok, especially adding to our long awaited post-pandemic travel excitement. The view over Chao Phrya river & BKK city, day and night, is beautiful. We enjoyed the main pool at different times of the day, never crowded. Attentive poolside service upon arrival, towels freshly prepared over sunbeds, iced water for all, magazines & sunscreen at hand, what more could one ask for. The water is clean, the pool layout is great, the change rooms one level down is immaculate and enjoyable. Wi-Fi is available in all parts of the hotel. Lastly, the food and ambience. The hotel has a luxurious comfortable feel. The lobby is grand and impressive. Breakfast at Riva has eggs made-to-order, freshly cut tropical fruits, flakey pastries. Daily Thai iced teas for everyone!

We’ve stayed in many four seasons and this is the best city centre one. The beds are so comfortable with black out blinds and feather pillows. Lots of different places to eat, enormous buffet breakfast and loved the takeaway patisserie, our regular cappuccino at the end of the day’s siteseeing became a ritual. As always the differentiator is the staff so Thai so friendly

The host is very friendly and helpful. He will always reply to your questions. Surprisingly, I mentioned that a friend likes to play basketball, and she bought one before I checked in. The surrounding environment is not very good, it is very dark at night, but the house is very nice, big and very clean. The host bought a lot of snacks when he checked in, and also prepared ice 😂 Very surprised Although the swimming pool is not too big, the children had a lot of fun and the room was also very nice. A disposable bathtub cover was provided as a gift. The equipment is also very complete, we have cooking and laundry in the house One dissatisfaction is that there are more mosquitoes in Thailand😅 There are supermarkets and fast food restaurants nearby, only open 1000-2100, too late to open and too early to close 😅 Very close to the subway station, far from the city center.

This villa is very comfortable to live in. The single room is large and nice. The elderly and children are very satisfied with the family. There are parasols and deck chairs next to the swimming pool. It is very comfortable to lie down for a while after swimming. The yard is huge. If you don’t want to go out to eat by yourself You can cook at home. The induction cooker, gas stove and microwave oven are very convenient. The host is also very hospitable. He personally came to receive us and prepared fruits for us. The trip was very pleasant.

#This new hotel is yours 🤭 Let's see what's so good about a 20,000-baht room per night!!! When I found out that Ritz Calton was going to open in Bangkok, I waited for a long time until finally I found out that it would definitely open on December 4th 🎉 Book now 🤣🤣🤣 Open for 3 days, come here No need to invite the hotel, come yourself 55555+ The hotel is located in the One Bangkok project, a large and complete real estate project. It is a world-class business and lifestyle center in the heart of Bangkok. It is 216 meters high and has 260 rooms in total. The Ritz-Carlton, Bangkok comes in a Thai Noble House design. It will take us back to the 1800s on Wireless Road, which was full of mansions of the wealthy and embassies. As a result, most of the design combines Western and Eastern styles through the facade, floor patterns, and art pieces from Thai and international artists. The first area of the hotel is a reception hall before taking guests up the elevator to the lobby. The first image we see is a lotus pond inspired by the image of the Sra Pathum Palace. Telling the story of each lotus against the backdrop of Lumphini Park. The 260 rooms are decorated in a contemporary style, using Thai flowers such as jasmine, lotus, frangipani, evergreen tree, marigold and frangipani to create different atmospheres in each room. Some rooms have private balconies to view Lumphini Park. The main rooms are Deluxe Room, Gardenia Suite, Marigold Suite and Amaranth Suite. There is also The Ritz-Carlton Suite, the hotel's largest penthouse. The dining area is also interesting, especially Duet by David Toutain, a modern French cuisine restaurant in a glass house, which has been consulted by Chef David Toutain from Michelin-starred restaurants, or Lily's, an all-day dining restaurant with both Asian and Western cuisine, and Caleō, a lounge serving afternoon tea and evening cocktails. For those interested in wellness, The Ritz-Carlton Spa, a spa and Relaxing Pod, a fitness center and swimming pool, is recommended. As a city hotel, The Ritz-Carlton Grand Ballroom was built to be the largest ballroom in the city. Suitable for hosting events that can accommodate up to 1,200 guests. There is also a unique experience called Defining Moment, which uses a “long drum” to start the evening celebration for guests.

I came to Bangkok specifically for the Ritz-Carlton, Bangkok. What can I say? The service is perfect, but it is a new hotel and there is still a lot of room for improvement. Keep up the good work.

Highly recommend this industrial chic boutique hotel. Go for a Wat Arun room. The Wat Po rooms basically look down an alley or at neighbouring buildings. Rooms was spacious with adequate shower. Room comes with bluetooth speaker, Nespresso mini. Decent minibar (although why would you with the obligatory 7/11 close by). Sadly no balcony, however rooftop bar makes up for it. Its a walkup so bear that in mind if you have mobility issues. Food is excellent - both breakfast and dinner. Would recommend eating dinner at the hotel (reservation recommended). Hotel has a popular rooftop bar with 360 views of the area, decent cocktails and bar menu. Have stayed in this area before and wow has it improved! The area is definitely going down the gentrification route and lots of bars, coffeeshops, juice bars etc. A huge improvement has been the opening of the Sanam Chai MRT station - access via public transport is now super easy.

The hotel has a great location. There is a lot of construction going on so beware that the river walk doesn’t really exist. Be very careful of the room you book. The website is a little miss leading. We thought we had a river view but that was not the case. Just never go by the pictures ( is easy to leave an ugly obstruction out of the picture). That being said the bed was the most comfortable bed I slept on in two weeks. The young man that served us breakfast on the morning of March 14 th was excellent. Great job!!!! The girls at the front desk not friendly at all. We did enjoy our time there and the views of the river from all the dining areas and the rooftop bar definitely amazing but the price is a bit high for what you get especially when the server at the rooftop bar changes your gratuity. Upon checking out I discovered this even though the bill was totaled at the bottom. This was definitely not an error . The woman at the front desk acted like it was no big deal and I will tell you as someone who works in the service industry THIS IS A VERY BIG DEAL. This are no elevators at this hotel so if stairs are hard for you it might be best to stay at another property.

I have been staying in this hotel more than ten years ago. I have stayed here most of the time when I come to Havana. I have stayed here countless times and the service is very good. It's a nice hotel in Havana, right on the seaside and opposite the Havana Business Center. Although it has been renovated for a long time, it does not feel old.

Mold + noisy street + outdated facilities = not recommended! ! ! 220V voltage but requires a conversion plug! ! Breakfast is the only bright spot, which meets domestic four-star standards. I don't understand how this hotel got a 4.6 rating on Google... The local Chinese tour guide only recommends the Kempinski across the road in the old town, or the MELIA managed by a Spanish company in the new town. All other hotels in Cuba are state-owned enterprises managed by the military. The room smells musty and there are cockroaches in it. When the windows are opened for ventilation, there is also the smell of gasoline from classic cars all over the street. The key point is that the sound insulation is not good. There are often people singing and playing on the road at night, so the quality of sleep cannot be guaranteed! The water pressure in the shower is good, but there are no slippers, no conditioner, and no hot water bottle... If it wasn't for the connecting room, I wouldn't have booked this place, and I will never go there again. I will definitely book Kempinski.

Staying in Voya was one of the best experiences in my life. The level of hospitality, food, ambience, vibe.. literally everything. We were treated really like the dearest guests and felt like home. I’m still missing these signature breakfasts with lots of compliments from chef and fantastic rum tasting class that was arranged for us. There is a care in every single detail. Even on our departure we were presented small souvenirs - magnets from Cuba. It was so lovely and touching. This wonderful boutique hotel is a gem of Havana. I will definitely come back.

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the attractions, and there are various classic car taxis to take when you go out. It is also very convenient to find the hotel to help book a taxi to Varadero. Cuba is relatively scarce in supplies. This hotel is in very good condition, and the front desk can also swipe American cards. The swimming pool on the rooftop can punch in the same style as Jay Chou.

I stayed in Room 351 of Gran Hotel ManzanaKempinski La Habana from August 12th to August 14th, and now I am complaining about the poor service of the hotel restaurant staff, guest service manager andsecurity during my staying! 1. At around 22:00 on the evening of August13, after finishing the meal in hotel restaurant, the cashier refused to acceptcash payment, and the attitude was very unfriendly. I asked why, and therestaurant staff didn't give any explanation, and said very unfriendly thatthey don't accept cash. Why did you accept cash in the first day, but didn't accept cash payment in the hotelrestaurant on the second day? Why do the same hotel have different management rules andstandards? And didn't told me in advance. The restaurant service is so poor, is it because the meal timedelays the employees from getting off work normally? Or are there other reasonsthat lead to employees not having a sense of service? If cash service is notaccepted, why wasn't I informed before I entered the restaurant? May I ask themanager of hotel restaurant, has there been any training for the restaurantstaff? 2. Complain that the guest service manageron duty of the hotel has a poor service attitude and cannot provide areasonable explanation to solve the complaints to your in house guests. Theattitude is very bad and intensifies the conflict between the staying guestsand the hotel. Does not reflect the duties of the Guest Services Manager on duty.No explanation as to why the hotel only accepts credit cards and not cash.Threatened to call the police. The point is that I didn't refuse to pay afterthe meal, but wanted to pay the bill with the cash. Why did she want to callthe police? This is threatening the hotel guests! 3. Complain about the poor attitude of thesecurity guard on duty and lack of awareness of service. It is like theunderworld threatening the guests staying in the hotel. 4. Complain about the service of the hotel. We are two ladies and took a baby who was only one year old. All of those staffof the hotel did not have the concept of customer-oriented and the most basicmorality of caring for minors, and deliberately made things difficult In-houseguests who spend at the hotel restaurant. The restaurant staff, guest servicemanager and security in the hotel are not worthy of working in a five-starhotel like Kempinski, which brought me a very unpleasant stay and experienceduring my stay in this hotel. I want to emphasize the background of thiscomplaint again. At around 22:00 on August 13, 2023, after themeal in the hotel restaurant, I wanted to settle the bill in cash, but therestaurant service staff refused my request to settle the meal in cash, whichled to this unpleasant incident. Hope Gran Hotel Manzana Kempinski La Habanacan explain and apologize in writing to us two ladies and a baby who is onlyone year old.
