In the small street, there is no hotel door, it is not convenient to drive, the garage is very small, the service is average

This was the most expensive hotel stay of our 14 day trip to the region. We decided to splash out on a room with the fantastic harbour views and these were superb. But the room itself was okay but the bathroom was shockingly run down. But the worst bit was there being no hot water in the morning. We called reception and had to wait almost an hour to be told there was a problem and we'd have to move to a room across the corridor. A nice man arrived about 20 minutes later with the electronic key. This was our last full day and our morning was taken up by having to remove clothing from hangers and pack and move our clothing etc to the new room. It was much larger but had sea views and not the harbour one we'd paid for. Complaining of this we were told they'd check if harbour views were available. But we said we couldn't waste time moving rooms yet again. I complained and requested a refund and was told we'd be called later that day. They called about an hour later offering us an evening meal for free, I declined and said we'd already booked a restaurant. We were then offered breakfast and again I declined saying we were departing first thing for an early return flight. I explained we wanted financial compensation. She explained she'd have to consult customer care and get back to me. About 45 minutes later she called again and said she'd been allowed to offer us a 30% refund on that night's fee i.e. not the 2 nights in total we'd stayed. I that that was totally inadequate and she said they could do no more. I said that is totally unreasonable and on departure protested yet again for a hotel not to have hot water for their customers was disgraceful and we should have been refunded for the entire first night stay. Again this was to no avail.

Great location in square near beach and bars

Arriving at the hotel was not great. We’d booked the top floor terrace suite. But / no one had checked the air con and yes, of course, it was broken. The temperature inside the room was 39 degrees !!! It was unbearable. However….. The wonderful receptionist tried to fix everything. She reset the unit. She reset the entire floor. She reset two floors !!! But nothing worked. So she offered us a new room. Which we took and cooled down fine. When we got back from dinner there was a nice bottle of wine waiting. And the room was cool. Things break. Problems happen. But it’s what you do to fix them is what matters. This hotel did plenty - good job.

Room with sea view is very beautiful

Brilliant place to stay.Close to the shops, historical district and a short walk to the beach. Everything was spotlessly clean.The staff were friendly and helpful.The best thing was the availability of beach umbrellas, towels and toys for children.You could borrow these without a reservation and return when you were finished with them.The kitchen was well equipped and the apartment was spacious.

The location is perfect and the view is amazing. Room was quiet small and the bathroom not very nice .
