Wah Taj! Again, you have won my heart. Falaknuma Palace was surely a different royalty, but like I mentioned even while checking out ”Different but Nice” Thanks to Prashant Gawade, I could stay here without a second thought. He indeed is my gateway to The Taj The welcome struck the right chord, right from the horse carriage person to Pranav who helped us check in. All the ones in the middle made us feel as comfortable and warm as home. The palace tour led by Mr Asif had left me awestruck and made me feel more connected to the property. Taj surely did take 15 years to restore and revamp but what a job, Taj can never go wrong. The food at Adaa & Celeste were impeccable and so satisfying, that we ended up overeating every meal. Thanks to the extra hospitality and courtesy extended by Santosh & Vishal. Those two assets of Falaknuma have Tajness running in their veins for sure. The bartender at Hookah Bar were super at their skills and made sure to have us hooked on. Another biggest delight during my stay was Laxmi, The Housekeeper. Awww, her smile had me melted always. She did her job to fab and was truly a sweetheart, making sure of my comfort. The momento of our photo at the entrance was super personalised and cute. I was compelled to give an extra brownie point for that special thought. It surely did count. The only thing I felt could be improved was that the Qawali team is so good and mesmerizing - why don't you all extend their performance by a bit atleast. 3 to 4 songs is too little and undermining them too coz by the audience is set, it's time for the band to wrap up. Summing it all up, you all have redefined royalty for me. Staying upto every standard of a palace hotel. You surely did transport us back to the royal days. You have won my heart and make me want to come back soon.

The service at Taj Tirupati was exceptional. This is the second time I am staying here. There was absolutely no issue that was not addressed timely and with satisfactory results, especially upgrading me to a higher category and addressing my needs. The quality of the service and overall positive attitude towards my stay satisfies me to come back and stay at Taj Tirupati whenever I am in Tirupati. I usually offer suggestions for improvements, but there is absolutely nothing that could be improved – you have set the bar very high.” It was a Happy Stay.

The lobby is spacious and comfortable. There are Buddha sculptures on the lobby and floors. The room is large and the decoration is poor. It is not as good as a domestic express hotel. The bathroom is flat, there is no bathtub, no shower curtain, and the bathroom cannot stand every time after taking a shower. In the free time, I stayed in the lobby, the room could not stay for a long time, in the residential area, a little far from the commercial area. Hotel buffets, room deliveries, and hotel cars are all too expensive, four times more expensive than normal. The lobby was pleasantly surprised, it was extremely disappointing to enter the room, I can't live with the price. The hotel with the fewest renovation facilities in India. Will not stay at this hotel again.

My stay was more than perfect! The ambience, staff, and location was perfect! It was a very pleasant night, I even ran into an employee named Kajol who was very friendly and gave me great ideas for where to go throughout the city. Perfect stay.

Incredible place like all India. The service is excellent. Our room is absolutely new. The food is amazing. The staff is very, very kindly. We will come back immediately.

I have come here with my guests sp that he can some chill time in the Hyderabad. And this was best place I got him to stay in. Their hospitality mesmerising me eveytime I see them. They bend and bow to greet us with great gratitude make us feel higher.

The front desk service is good and efficient. Hotel location is good, convenient transportation, not too many facilities. The room is not big, but the design is very practical, good health, and stayed in praise. Very clean! The buffet is especially delicious! The quality of the service staff is very high! The room was in very good condition, the quilt was very comfortable and the double bed was wide. Not bad, business meeting, good location

Breakfast is almost all Indian, not suitable for children, the location of the hotel is not very biased
