Hotel Riu Vistamar - All Inclusive Map, Address, Transportation & Nearest Stations and Airport

I've stayed here many times - last time in september 2022. The staff at the reception are so lovely, and always give me a warm welcome and are otherwise very helpful. Early check-in, late check-out, room allocation, cant fault it - its usually no problem (depending on capasity of course). Stayed 2 nights this time, shortly after going to my room i got a lovely surprise delivered to the room. It was very much appreciated! Breakfast is wonderful, with everything you could desire. Staff there and in the pool bar was nice and helpful (minus one time at the pool bar, waited and did not get served). Im coming back in July this year, and cant wait!

This hotel is a huge interwoven space of hotel rooms with a variety of different types of restaurants, pools and bars with an entertainment area at its core. My hotel room - definitely not what I consider 5* - basic decor, torn bedsheets and lacking any sort of formal living space. The room opened up to an open porch area that was on a main road with no privacy and trucks passing day and night. I opted for all inclusive accommodation with minibar to be filled every two days. This was never automatically done and had to call every time to have it restocked. Towels also were at a premium, two towels provided for two people daily. Whilst additional towel were provided daily contact with reception was required. Food - please note there is two options here all-inclusive and premium. All-inclusive is only for the buffet restaurant and premium dining experience is for premium. Additional payment is required for any of the 5 restaurants onsite. Whilst the buffet restaurant was nice the food was ‘standard’ and lacked any taste - the menu rotated every couple of days. Christmas dinner and New Year’s dinner added some variations, not a 5* experience. Entertainment - this was the biggest disappointment - this hotel boasted a Christmas experience full of live entertainment and performances - what we received was a daisy mini disco and a game of Kahoot! In the evening on several occasions outside performances were brought in for an hour after Kahoot! These were beyond poor performances which meant bed by 10 pm. New Years Eve - tables were rebooked for what was advertised as a gala dinner - again the buffet was standard but for the addition of a chocolate fountain and cheese section. A table in the ‘entertainment’ section had to booked and a payment of €165 for a bottle of wine secured you a table. As a none drinker my family and I were left to find a table in the back of the hall as far away from any possible entertainment. Staff - overall the staff were friendly and polite and I was very happy. Overall a complete disaster and certainly not the 5* Christmas and New Year experience that was advertised. This hotel is 3* at a push and requires an overall refurbishment and an entertainment manager to bring it up to its current star rating of 5*.

It was such a lovely hotel, attentive professional staff, great food, immaculate grounds and pools. Yoga every morning and infinity pools in the afternoon. We thoroughly enjoyed our break here and will return next year. Great location right by the sea where you can watch the sunset from the pools.

This time, I booked two five-star hotels on the island, both of which are owned by riu. Each has its own advantages and disadvantages. The desert is right next to it. The sunset is particularly beautiful, and the hotel staff are also very enthusiastic. The swimming pool is a saltwater swimming pool that feels like swimming in the sea, and the room is not bad. Mine is a pair of two single beds put together. You can also note that you need a single bed. There are a complete range of food and beverages, and you really get what you pay for. The hotel is not too big, but although the sparrow is small, it has all internal organs. The only thing is that when the wind blows near the desert, a lot of sand will be blown, but it doesn't matter if you go back to the room and take a shower. There are buses and taxis outside the hotel, the transportation is convenient, there are restaurants, bars and shops everywhere, and it is a very mature place for vacation and tourism.

We’ve just returned from 10 nights at this lovely hotel. I emailed the hotel to arrange taxi transfer and they were very helpful (€75 each way). Taxi was waiting. Beautiful pool access room with comfy loungers on the patio. We were by the quiet pool as requested. Nice breakfasts, clean rooms and every member of staff was so pleasant. We had booked half board but most nights ate out in the lovely town (so many great restaurants) so we used the €17 allowance at the pool bar for lunch. We’ve been to this hotel many times and will definitely be back!

Great hotel in Playa d‘Ingles. Superior hotel with a stylish interior. Great and nice staff. Excellent breakfast buffet in the roof top restaurant with a stunning view. Free parking offered. A lot of restaurant and bars are located in the Yumbo Center, a few minutes by foot from the hotel. Pools are heated and there was always free sunbeds available. Rooms are big and cleaned. The hotel is well maintained.

This is actually a review based on our first 24 hours . Having visited 5 years ago and found it to be an excellent choice our initial 24 hours on this trip is not at the same level . On arrival at 2.45 pm on day 1 we were told our room would be ready ‘ very soon ‘ and that they would give us a call . We left our luggage with the lady at Reception . After walking around for 60 mins with no call we ventured back to Reception . Turned out our room was now ready ( thanks for letting us know !) and we then noticed our luggage by the entrance area where anyone could have taken it . On arrival at our room we were initially happy but then noticed a big window from the bedroom overlooking the shower / bath area with no privacy whatsoever . We returned to Reception and the receptionist said she was get us a different room . After 10 mins of stony silence from the receptionist she gave us a new key card for a different room . When we arrived there , yet again there was a window ( albeit smaller ) overlooking the shower / bath area and no means of privacy , but at this point in time we were tired and didn’t have the will to return to Reception to meet the receptionist again ! We then noticed that the safe was not working but this was sorted after we mentioned it to a different receptionist on day 2 . Restaurant was excellent for dinner and breakfast in fairness with some excellent staff working there . So , all in all a very indifferent start to our holiday .
