Unexpected comfort with superb services . Value for money will definitely suggest to all the travellers business personnel or for family tour to take the advantage of one of the best services in one of the best Hotel of the City.

The room is clean. Ac conditions are ok. Staff are supportive. Lock system and cameras are good for security purpose. Suggestion- dust bin should not be in the dormitory. There must be a shoe rack outside the dormitory. There must be a guideline on how to properly maintain the room by costumers while using fan, lights geyser.

The hospitality management is superb and i will thank the hotel staff for being very gentle during the stay and the very good ambience of the hotel found in line with an international level of service. All the best team

The hotel is located in excellent location. Its part of an upscale mall, magneto, but there are a couple of disappointing things. The service is poor. The staff is excellent and helping. They are super cool. But seems Hyatt Raipur is running with limited staff. Room design isn't of holiday inn or JW status. The room service takes time in responding to the phone calls. Though they were great to provide me breakfast after the closing time. But the service takes longer than usual.

Stay is comfortable but there are cleanliness issues. The lounge sofas are terribly dirty, dirts marks around. Same is with the chairs and single sofa at the room. Service is very average, i ordered something to eat and they delivered something else. But overall food quality is decent. Breakfast buffet was recent, lunch buffet items are very limited but whatever was served was tasty i think, management should re-look into things. Given me a choice, i wont at this hotel in my next visit.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and i was pleasantly surprised by the modern decor and cleanliness of my room. Overall, hotel sheetal international exceeded mqy expectations, providing excellent service, comfort, and convenience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
