Stay away! I don’t write reviews often but I had to write one for this hotel. We stayed one night in a king room #416. The room was huge but very dark and dingy. The furniture has seen better days and the dump is the best place for it. The chairs in the room have no cushion left in the seats and they are faded and dirty. The carpet on the floors need replacing perhaps a good cleaning would help. There were red stains on the floor which we hoped were juice or wine but who knows. The bathroom was also very huge the tiles need a deep cleaning the corners have permanent dirt in them. Their shower is more of a mist it’s warm but definitely not hot. There is a huge gross stain in the shower along with cracked tiles. The walls had tape and stains on them from previous guest . We would have left but all the hotels in the area were full. I asked to speak to the manager in the morning but apparently he was much too busy. I did tell the staff I was going to write this review they seemed happy we were told they have heard this complaint many times and maybe management would listen if more people wrote reviews. Oh and we paid over 250$ for the night on this whole.
Very clean rooms, pool was wonderful, whirlpool was not working though. The buffet was fantastic and the music was magical! Service was excellent, check in was not as quick as I expected, but the hotel was booked solid, so I guess it's to be expected.

The first time I lived in Hyatt, I was very impressed, very clean, the staff was professional and enthusiastic, and hot water, coffee and tea were supplied 24 hours a day, which solved the big problem of hot water, and there was Starbucks downstairs. Personal preference reasons, I don't like to roll the quilt with a layer of sheets, but most hotels abroad are like this

This hotel was just what I needed after a series of hiccups to my planned trip. I was able to walk from the train station to find the friendliest of staff and the most comfortable room and free breakfast! I extend my stay in the same room at short notice and can't say enough good things. It's not the cheapest hotel in town but it surely must be the best!

Stayed one night while travelling. Close to restos and shops. The room was simple but clean and comfortable. Given the season and general price of hotels this was a nice find at this price point.
- B Lynch
The car park costs 15 knives per day. Breakfast is OK, a Western-style breakfast. In the city center, it is convenient to travel.

My family and I stayed here for 2 nights to cap off our March Break. We were not disappointed! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in process didn’t take very long. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Love how the kitchenette is roomy and stocked well with dishes, silverware, pots and pans, etc. My only complaint about the room is how they have designed it so that the bathroom sink is not actually in the bathroom. Also, the in-room coffee needs improvement. Would love to see a keurig. The pool was fantastic and clean. Aside from the oblivious parents who stare at their phones while their pre-teen boys splash infants and other guests in the pool without being considerate. That happens at any hotel. We visited the pool 3 times and only once were the towels unavailable but just bring your own beach towels and problem solved! Breakfast staff were very friendly and attentive and were quick to replace food as buffet items ran low. They were also very quick to clean tables as guests left the restaurant. The food was good and had all the typical breakfast items you’d expect to see. Coffee, again, left much to be desired. I’d recommend bringing in Starbucks or another similar brand or at least selling it in the market for those who might want to brew it in room. Parking lot is small and cramped and fills up quickly early evening, too bad the hotel couldn’t make use of the adjacent business parking lot for overflow. Overall, we had a 5 star experience and will definitely visit again!

The most incredible people work here at the front desk! Sydney and Amanda did everything they could to make our move from one city to another as seamless as possible. I also had interaction with Maylee who was so kind and helpful. We are very grateful and will always come back here when in need of a hotel in Moncton. The best of the best in customer service is right here!

The decoration is very new, the room is large, very clean, the two beds are big, the overall environment is very good, the waiter is also very good, the breakfast is also very good, the lobby is also very good, parking is free, it is recommended this home

The breakfast is medium and meaty; it seems that there is no extra bed; there is free parking; there are fewer restaurants except the surrounding.

It's like a one bedroom apartment. Clean. Good value for what your getting. Check in was smooth, no surprises. Complimentary water, tea, coffee and bathrobe. Full kitchen. Bed was a little to firm for me. I thought I took pic of bedroom but looks like I didn't :) We would use a Bower again. It was a good first experience.
Excellent hospitality service, good facilities and customer care services

We came to watch the hockey game so the hotel being right across the street from the arena was a big selling feature. There is a $12/day parking fee but you can come and go so it’s not too bad. Check-in was quick and the staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly. The room was bright and clean and the beds and pillows were comfy. The guide on the TV didn’t work so it made something to watch difficult but not a deal breaker. Pool and hot tub were nice but I wish the hot tub was a little hotter than it was. Check-out was speedy and the desk agent very friendly. I would highly recommend and I would stay here again!

Needed to have a two night getaway. So booked this place last minute. When arrived got a big warm welcome and felt very comfortable right away. Got into our room early which was welcomed. Our room was a standard room so wasn’t that big, but was dig enough for us. Two Queen beds and a river/street view. The place was spotless. Went to the pool once again clean, breakfast was fresh and hot and again staff were pleasant and friendly. We give this place a 99% . If we are in this area again I will be staying here. Well done to everyone that works here.

The service was great. It was a cute room, wish they had option for a breakfast at the hotel as the restaurant don’t open till 4. The food at supper was great. There are lots of options for food within in a 10 minute walk. Make sure u have charging cube as there is no option to plug in your phone cord.

This boutique hotel is well located in downtown Moncton (short walk to tidal bore viewing, e.g.) but the emphasis is on sleek decor more than convenience. You get an email with key codes to check in. The person I spoke at the ”virtual help desk” number was useful and accommodating to an early arrival, and the virtual help desk apparently operates out of the hotel lobby, but no staff are on site during the night. No elevators, and the stairs are steep and narrow, but we appreciated being on the third floor nonetheless since it lessened the amount of noise from the live music in the restaurant below the hotel. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was stylish. Our ”view” was to a air well but at least that kept things quiet.

The hotel is very close to the highway, and the breakfast provided during special periods includes meat, eggs, bread, desserts, yogurt, etc., which is not easy. It is understandable that housing prices are not cleaned up every day during the special period. The swimming pool is not big; eating and shopping around are very convenient and highly recommended.
