The location is right in the center of the West Gate of Wuzhen, and there are rowboats to take you to the hotel. The room is clean and comfortable, and you can stay there for one or two nights. The hotel's breakfast is a must, and it is one of the best even compared with foreign five-star hotels. You can look at the Dragon Shaped Field and order Chinese and Western specialties to try. Seafood porridge and yellow croaker noodles are a must. From the moment I arrived the hotel, I felt the warm welcome from the front desk staff. I was really enjoying the warm welcome drinks, fresh pear juice provided by the check-in lobby. In particular, thanks to Sherry, the receptionist, who contacted me in advance before my arrival and kindly reminded me that thick clothes need to be prepared for the local cooling. The concierge took the initiative to help me bring my luggage to the room and personally guided me to the room, they gave a detailed introduction of the hotel facilities and dining outlets. I was greatly moved and surprised by the exquisite welcome amenity prepared on the table in the room. There are delicate and delicious macarons, fresh fruit plates prepared with care, a bottle of fine red wine, afternoon patisserie with Zhejiang characteristics, and even a welcome letter handwritten by General Manager Nick. There is a standing performance of Filipino band in the bar at night. The service provided by the band was very good. They cared about each guest on the scene and asked each guest what song they wanted to listen to in a friendly and warm manner. I was really immersed in relaxing and drinking there. The breakfast in the hotel is well-done. The food quality and taste are very good. The breakfast choices are very rich. The only disadvantage is that the skin of shrimp dumplings is too thick. Alex, the Director of Food and Beverage, actively inquired about our stay experience and personally served us with care. The service was very good. He knew that we felt too hot when sitting outdoors and quickly helped us transfer to the indoor table near the window. When I was checking out, the front desk staff treated us warmly as always, and gave me a sleeping pillow spray and a wash and care package as a parting gift, which greatly moved me again. Compared to the next hotels I stayed in on this trip, the hotel that impressed me the most was definitely the Alila Hotel, with its superb service.

A little suggestion, the performance venue for the National Day holiday is a round stage, but the performance only faces one side. It is recommended to take care of the surroundings when arranging the program. I hope Wu Village will do better and look forward to going there next time~

The housekeeper will come to the shuttle bus downstairs of the parking lot to wait for guests and take the guests and luggage to the visitor center to check in, which can save about 5 minutes of walking. Check-in is handled at the visitor center, and various information needs to be registered, such as vehicle license plate (parking is free), face recognition (you can enter and exit the scenic area at any time after checking in to the hotel before 18:00 on the day of check-out), travel photography voucher (you need to make an appointment one day in advance, the shop is very busy on weekends and basically can't make an appointment for a more suitable time, so it's best to communicate with the housekeeper in advance and make an appointment one day). You can enter the scenic area by swiping your face through the gate. You need to continue to take the tour bus to the hotel. The tour bus goes around the road outside the scenic area, so it takes 4-5 minutes to drive (in fact, it only takes 5-6 minutes to walk to the hotel). It is definitely quite comfortable to take the tour bus with luggage when entering the park for the first time. The hotel has very good hardware facilities. The lobby is very spacious. The corridors and rooms are elegantly decorated. The green landscape design is attentive. Many places are deliberately created to create a fairyland effect of smoke. The room size is OK, and the internal facilities are complete. There are few people in the scenic area, so the experience of wandering around and taking pictures in the scenic area is very good, especially the night view is really beautiful.
