The room is comfortable and warm, with a good view! I had a fever when I arrived at the hotel. I called the front desk and immediately helped find a doctor to come to the hotel for diagnosis. The service was warm and thoughtful!

Shopping is more convenient, the Chinese restaurant downstairs is awful, and the afternoon tea in the garden is OK. Said it is a suite, but it is not. Just a low screen separating the bed and the sofa to the suite? ! The room cleaning is done well. Breakfast is relatively monotonous

Incomparable room bath supplies All in large bottles…. The hotel is very new. The service, area and location are nothing to say. I personally think it is the best hotel in Madrid.

Can be an extra bed, we are 8 years old and there is no extra bed fee. But this time the hygiene is not good. On the day of the check-in, the bathtub in the room was all sand and stone. It was not cleaned. Waiting for the waiter to open the night bed, I asked for cleaning. In the evening, I went to the small garden to rest, and I ordered a glass of champagne. The waiter actually used a glass of water-filled glass (estimated to be washed and not dried) and poured champagne directly to me, hehe! The next day, the children will sleep more than 7 o'clock in the afternoon. As a result, the children's bed and the quilt are inexplicably wet. Later I went to the front desk and asked them to make better bedding. Very hurt. In such a good location, the rest of the hotel is very good, it is a sanitary situation, it is unacceptable.

As a Marriott Titanium / Lifetime Platinum Elite Guest, our family [husband, wife and two young daughters] decided to visit Madrid, Spain to start our month-long 2023 summer vacation in Europe. We spent five (5) nights at Westin Palace Madrid using our Bonvoy points in late May / early June 2023. Please see the thirty-eight (38) photos we posted with this review of all aspects of the hotel. Within days after making our five (5) night stay using Marriott Bonvoy points approximately ten (10) months prior to our arrival date, we emailed General Manager, Pablo Flores and advised him of our future stay as well as our special requests, including our request for an Executive Suite, which would comfortably host our family of four. Within hours of our email, we received a thoughtful reply Paloma Hidalgo, Director of Rooms, whom immediately provided us with a complimentary guaranteed upgrade to an Executive Suite and further, Ms. Hidalgo readily granted all of our other special requests. The prompt response did not come as a surprise to us given how active the management of this property is in reading and promptly replying to past guests on Trip Advisor as well as the Marriott Bonvoy website, which is but a mere sign of management’s commitment to exemplary customer service. Not surprisingly, we were overjoyed with such a response and really looked forward to our future stay at The Westin Palace Madrid. This gorgeous historic hotel is magnificently located in Madrid overlooking the Neptune Fountain and less than a three minute walk to the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, less than a five minute walk to the Prado Museum and less than a ten minute walk to the Reina Sofia Museum. It is also extremely close to Retiro Park and is within an easy 15 minute walk to Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor and the Gran Via as well as many bars, restaurant, trendy cafés, market and other cultural attractions. You can easily walk everywhere throughout the entire city but public transportation options abound in close proximity to the hotel as well. Our initial visit to the Westin Palace Madrid did not disappoint, especially when the hotel accommodated our extremely early check-in (before 9:00 am). The check-in process with Ms. Hidalgo, Estefanía Martinez, Front Office Assistant Manager and Juan at the reception desk was a breeze. Further, Ms. Martinez was kind enough to personally escort us to our suite and show us all of the features and amenities of same. This was very thoughtful on the part of Ms. Martinez and very much appreciated. Throughout our entire five (5) night stay, Ms. Hidalgo and Ms. Martinez were especially helpful and friendly. We simply loved our Palace Executive Suite with slightly over 1,000 square feet in total space with a sublime view of the Neptune Fountain; it was truly remarkable. Hotel location is very good, very close to Madrid's fashion shopping avenue serrano, service is OK, breakfast type is not much, if you want to try the Spanish breakfast can go out of the store, it is not recommended to book the hotel's breakfast. Overall, it seems to be very good. This time, the photo provided by Ctrip does not match the room. The hotel's room classification is very clear and can be seen on the hotel's own website, but Ctrip's technical department generally refers to the room type photos. The deluxe room is obviously irresponsible. In response to customer service, their reply was that the technical department did not make a mistake. Can only suggest that Ctrip can not visit the hotel in person before sending a room picture, please carefully browse the hotel's website, the picture of the room is carefully classified to be responsible for the performance of the consumer... I have lived this place before. The hotel, knowing the room type, made such a comment. I hope you can see this comment. The hotel is very good, but Ctrip's service is a bit disappointing...

JW Marriott has never been disappointed. The decoration style is very in line with my preferences. The small balcony in the room is a plus. The location is also in the city center. It is very convenient to go everywhere. I will stay here next time.

Spain has lived in the most satisfying hotel. Although the hotel is not big, it is exquisite, the service is impeccable, the spare parts are full set of L'Occitane, and extra bath supplies and hand cream are given. The favorite photos are taken on the balcony of the room. Very Spanish style, breakfast menu can be single point, rich choice, highly recommended!

The two bedroom suite we stayed in was really spacious and nice. It wasn’t as clean as I expected. There was hair and dirt in the fridge and the toilets. They gave us an inventory of everything in the apartment. Quite a few things were missing, which we pointed out. I had purchased a nice bottle of Rioja and was looking forward to relaxing the night we arrived. But the listed corkscrew was missing! We notified the staff member and he said he’d bring one. Hours later I asked again. He said he’d bring it the next day. We never got a corkscrew and I wasn’t able to enjoy my rioja. We asked for more nespresso coffee pods for the room. The staff member told us to come downstairs and get it ourselves. The next day my husband went down to get some more coffee and another staff member told us we weren’t allowed to get our own coffee and was really rude about it. He said we had to call and ask for it. We also had been getting refills on the dishwasher detergent. We asked for more one day and we’re told we were responsible for buying our own. Overall, I was disappointed in the customer service at this hotel. The staff were rude and unhelpful. The room was spacious but not as clean as I was expecting. Disappointing.
