2025 Reviews: Izatys Resort Reviews from Real Guests.

We had our family that ranged from 3 years old to 92 years old at Izatys for a long weekend and it was perfect! The new owners are all about customer service and working on getting several parts updated. The pool was great for the younger kids and the golf courses for the older ones. The bar was very nice and provided top notch service. Our family owns two small business and seeing what the new owners are doing at Izatys warms our hearts as we can defiantly see our family coming back! Thank you

We have been going here 12 years now as a group of friends and enjoy the hotel, restaurant and Golf course. It’s a full service resort just 1.5hrs from the cities. This year I enjoyed staying at the resort and visiting 3 times. Highly recommend it and the food at the restaurant on site is delicious!

The room was ok but definitely not worth the $200.00 price tag. No mini fridge or microwave. Musty hot hallways and dirty windows. Restaurant was not open for breakfast (Labor Day weekend!) so no food option in the morning. Customer service was awful. The front desk clerk could not answer any of our questions and did not offer to find out the answers. Just stated she didn't know to everything we asked. It became a running joke for us. Amenities listed included a bonfire. We asked and were told there is a gas fire "behind the hotel somewhere" and nobody knew how it worked. We found it, it was broken. I accidentally left an item worth $100 and called immediately to inquire about it. After 3 messages and 2 promises to locate the item and call me back, a week later I am still being ignored and I guess someone has kept my item. Definitely will never return!!
