Amazing Place lovely location and Staff. The whole Family 5 kids and 5 Adults had a Fab time. All very clean and lovely and warm in the cottage and Farmhouse.Everything is there what you need from cycles to walks and Fishing. Hot tub was superb it was my wife's 1st time in a Tub ( now 56) and she loved it sat in the tub looking at the Stars...Amazing. Even the Dog said she loved it. Well done to all the Staff We will be back

We stayed here for the Twixmas weekend break. The cottages are adorable and very clean. Everything you need is there. It is like a home from home. The staff are super helpful and friendly. The personalised welcome goodie bag for our dogs was such a wonderful surprise and our dogs enjoyed the toys and treats. ( you even got some poop bags!) We opted for a breakfast hamper that was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay. A brilliant dog friendly location. Can't wait to come back!

We hired the large property that sleeps up to 15, to celebrate my daughter’s 21st with family. The staff were extremely helpful throughout the whole process(decorating the house before arrival) The indoor heated swimming pool was a great hit plus the free pool table. Not forgetting the hot tubs!

Otter falls is just lovely. The staff are welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. The lodge was warm and the xmas decs and tree made it so cosy. We ate at The Sidmouth Arms twice, we can highly recommend this. My husband went fishing and caught some lovely fish. The ducks are so friendly they eat out of your hand. The shop on site sells duck food. Looking forward to going back next year. Steve and Jackie P.S. sorry we managed to forget our fridge stuff...hopefully someone could use it !

On arrival the staff were helpful & friendly. Got to Treehouse 3 & it was just so cosy, it had everything we needed. Even the cute dishwasher. Along with Christmas decs. Used the free boules, didn’t get to the Tuesday cream tea. Maybe next time. It’s just tranquility & relaxation at its best. Immaculately kept grounds. Maintenance guy helped straight away with heaters eg flap opens at top for temp by the way. Lovely meal in Sidmouth Arms, pizza on site on the Wednesday was so delicious & handy. We loved it & looking to return very soon.
