However, beyond the immediate financial considerations, there are several vital factors that agents need to think about to ensure their long-term success and personal fulfilment. CCH (Cape Coastal Homes / City Country Homes) aims to enroll entrepreneurial minded estate agents whom are capable of working as independent operators - either within a virtual office or from a more conventional brick and mortar office. CCH provides independent agents with an online office system, administrative support and all marketing tools necessary to compete in the very competitive South African real estate market. CCH subscribes to more than 100 local and international websites. CCH member agents have access to personalized websites and marketing material, social media campaigns, continuous training and real estate material. The CCH platform allows top agents to flourish - some of them have obtained market shares of up to 40% in the areas they operate (outselling on their own whole offices of national brands in the process). CCH understands that the top 20 - 30% of all estate agents will always transact or help to conclude the majority of property transactions.
