However, beyond the immediate financial considerations, there are several vital factors that agents need to think about to ensure their long-term success and personal fulfilment. At CCH we strive to create happy customers, long-lasting relationships, and consistent revenue growth. For CCH, “customers” are both our member agents as well as all those South Africans who need a property service. This two-throng focus, and approach, is not a contradiction. CCH fosters an environment where accountability (compliance), empathy, and ethical negotiation practices is non-negotiable, while at the same time striving to support and empower our member agents to operate their businesses truly independent. For CCH “independent operators” are not part of a slogan – they form the backbone of our business. CCH believes in South Africa and more specifically in its real estate industry. We do not believe in “re-igniting estate agent’s passion for real estate” – as that means such agents simply do not have the required passion necessary to thrive in a very competitive environment.
