That’s why allyship, or active solidarity, is at the core of our diversity and inclusion commitments. We’re proud to share a new video featuring our teams discussing the importance of allyship in daily life. Through their stories, discover how anyone can act as an ally to support their colleagues, particularly those from minority or underrepresented groups. Being an ally means: -Listening and learning from others, -Using your voice to advocate for inclusion, -Demonstrating respect and empathy in every interaction. Together, we are creating a workplace where every talent can thrive, regardless of background, gender, orientation, or life journey. 🎥 Watch the video and hear the inspiring stories of our team members!
