TFG has partnered with Taking Care of Business (TCB) for a heartwarming toy drive initiative! Together, we will donate over 350 toys to children in need. 🎁 Our employees and our TFG Design and Manufacturing division generously donated clothes and fabrics, which TCB’s talented seamstresses skilfully transformed into beautiful toys through their REMAKE Programme. ✂️🧸 TCB is dedicated to empowering unemployed individuals by providing skills and resources that enable them to thrive in the circular economy through their RESELL, REPAIR, and REMAKE programmes. This initiative not only gives back to the community but also helps create sustainable livelihoods. 🌱 The toys will be donated to Toys for Happiness – an NPO who distributes to a network of foster homes. Doing the right thing — one stitch at a time! 💜 #ToyDrive #Sustainability #CircularEconomy

Building a great business isn’t always about the flashy moments or the big wins—it’s about the foundations you build from day one. One of our recent guests shared an invaluable lesson from their journey: 👉 Invest in systems early and consistently As an accountant, Tracey Chambers had seen how great businesses thrive with the right tools and processes. They knew it wasn’t the “sexy” part of entrepreneurship, but it was non-negotiable. Why? - Sustainability: Without solid systems, even promising businesses risk collapsing under their own weight. - Accountability: Proper processes ensure you manage resources—especially money—effectively. - Growth Enablement: Thinking like a business from the start sets the stage for scaling. "Where’s the ROI?" people often ask about investments in CRMs, accounting systems, or other operational tools. The truth? The ROI isn’t always immediate, but it’s essential for long-term success. What systems or processes have been game-changers for your business? Share your insights below 👇 FULL EPISODE AVAILABLE ON SPOTIFY, APPLE PODCAST & YOUTUBE 👉 https://lnkd.in/dDdXRZcK

  • Last week, we joined the incredible WomenIN (WiN) Conference, a gathering of trailblazing women making waves in business, leadership, and innovation. We had an opportunity to connect with passionate changemakers, share our journey, and learn from others. The event also featured an inspiring panel discussion on sustainable entrepreneurship with Tracey Gilmore, TCB Co-Founder & COO, and Nomzamo Matodlana, TCB Cape Town Branch Manager. Our TCB Remake team added a special touch with a fashion show of repurposed designs and a stand where our talented seamstresses handcrafted personalised makeup bags and purses, made right there at the event! Watching these creations come to life was a beautiful showcase of skill, creativity, and sustainability in action. #SustainableFashion #CircularEconomy #TCB #WomenEmpowerment #WomenInConference
