🌟 USD$10,000 Pachipanda Zambia Pitch Day FINALE!! 🌟 The Pachipanda Innovation Challenge 3.0 Pitch Day on 23 November 2024 at ZCAS the THE ZCAS University was a culmination of creativity, resilience, and impactful energy conservation ideas from across all 10 provinces of Zambia! 🌍 After a knowledge equipping and pitch preparation Sprint Week 2024, guided by the expertise of Jacaranda Hub and the transformative resources from the MTN Skills Academy, our youth innovators showcased solutions that speak to the urgent challenges of climate change and sustainable energy. 🎉 And HERE ARE THE WINNERS!!: 🎖 1st Place: Wandi Siame (Eastern Province) with Hydro Gen—a hydrogen-powered cooker that’s transforming the way we think about sustainable cooking. ($5000) 🎖 2nd Place: Banabus Chiti (Luapula Province) with the Solar Pumped Hydro Storage System, an innovative solution ensuring energy resilience and water conservation. ($3000) 🎖 3rd Place: Samuel Mkandawire (Muchinga Province) with Lasan Green Tech, an ingenious system that generates electricity from vibrations on roadways.
