Police have issued a CCTV image of a man who they believe will be able to help their investigation into a sexual assault on a bus in Staines. Officers are appealing for the public's help in identifying the man.

Surrey Police officers are investigating an incident that took place on the 216 bus from London Road towards Kingston, at around 6.15am on Wednesday, November 13 2024.

A police spokesperson explained: "We are appealing for the public’s help to identify the man in this CCTV image, who we believe may be able to help with our investigation into a report of sexual assault by touching on a bus in Staines."

The 216 bus travels from Staines to Kingston, and passes through Ashford, Sunbury and Hampton. If you know who this man is, or have any information relevant to the investigation, Surrey Police are urging you to come forwards and contact them.
