🚀 Impressive insights into the validation project virtual tower for DFS Deutsche Flugsicherung GmbH at Flughafen München last week. As part of the installation of 360-degree panoramic cameras around the tower pulpit to digitally reproduce the outside view, we were allowed to fly a camera drone to take pictures of the airport tower.   One of the aims of the project is to examine the extent to which a #virtualtower can serve as an interim system during the necessary refurbishment of Munich Airport's air traffic control tower in the coming years.
