This was Vienna BioCenter PhD Symposium 2024: Two full days of talks, workshops, discussions, networking, poster sessions! The event aimed to promote exciting discussions about embarking on journeys with unknown destinations, the challenges that come with it, and the tools needed to succeed. And to top it off, several bright minds were celebrated with the VBC PhD Award, the Mattias Lauwers Award and the Out-of-the-box Award.
