Business France in Sydney, represented by Jean-Marc Maurice, had the pleasure of attending the AusRAIL conference in Gold Coast. 🚉 The Rail Sector in Australia: A Hub for Innovation and Growth! The rail sector is a critical component of the country’s transport infrastructure, supporting passenger mobility, freight logistics, and economic growth. With its vast network, significant regional variations, and ongoing investments in modernization and sustainability, the industry continues to drive Australia’s progress toward a connected and greener future. This makes AusRAIL, Australasia’s premier rail industry conference and exhibition, the perfect platform to showcase innovations, share insights, and foster collaboration. Organised by the Australasian Railway Association (ARA), AusRail brings together industry leaders, suppliers, policymakers, and innovators to discuss the future of rail in Australia and beyond. Key highlights include: ✅ Showcasing cutting-edge technologies and sustainable solutions. ✅ Exploring topics like digital transformation, infrastructure investment, and workforce development. ✅ Networking with key players across freight, passenger transport, and urban rail sectors. Jean-Marc had the pleasure to connect with representatives from several French companies during this conference, including Dassault Systèmes, Egis, RATP Dev, SICE, CLEARSY, and Bodet - as well as MATISA, a company from Switzerland with operations in France. The next AusRail Plus 2025 will take place in Melbourne from Tuesday, 25 November, to Friday, 28 November 2025. The event will feature a "Team France Zone", showcasing innovations and expertise from French companies and hosting a trade delegation keen to strengthen partnerships and explore opportunities in the Australian rail market. #AusRail #RailTransport #Innovation #Sustainability #Australia #TeamFrance
