hello. Happy Holidays to our network. 2024 – The year everyone (in all honesty) wanted more. But what a great year it’s been for us at dT. We made it through our first year of business and for that, we are super grateful. We have helped many candidates find their dream jobs, our Temp community continues to grow and so do our lovely client partnerships. We are very proud that our blood sweat and (lots of tears) is paying off and how cool that we get to bring you on the journey with us. Everyone (including us) sounds like a broken record about market conditions being tight. We’ve learnt to deal with what’s been presented to us and deliver the best, highest quality service regardless. Control the controllable as they say. The support from you guys and those who we have been lucky enough to work with this year has been out of this world, we wouldn’t be here without you. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Who knows what 2025 has in store but what we do know is we will give it our best shot, for you and for us. On that note, dT is taking a short break over the Christmas holidays and returning back to it on the 6th of Jan 2025!!!! Ready to THRIVE. We want you to also know that, as two ex-pats we feel the pain of being away from family, friends, loved ones and the ones that can no longer join in person but continue to look over from above at this time of year. Please remember, it can be a very lonely time for some and to look out for each other where possible. At the same time also take care of you. Lucky to be here. The dT Christmas party was a small, chilled and perfect little affair today. We took some time away from our desks to enjoy gorgeous food and views to cheers the year that seems to have flown past at the speed of light. We found the cute little spot at St Siandra really felt like we were lapping up the sunshine somewhere in Europe. Great service, good vibes, great menu and even a good mocktail selection for Rob King We are truly grateful to everyone who has supported us this past year, we wouldn’t be here without you and it’s something we will never take for granted. You’ll hear any good recruiter telling you how tough it’s been this year but between the two of us we have supported some fantastic businesses and placed some incredible talent across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane & Perth. Little doris T, two best mates and the cutest CPO giving it our best shot. Super proud of this. We had a couple of calls while lunching for some new roles which will be popping up early Jan, it’s exciting that a week away from Christmas, we are still having these conversations, feels a little like the good old days. Ho Ho CPO Only 8 working days left (for most) until Mr Clause has one of the busiest nights of the year. He managed to squeeze us in for a quick snap last night though what a lovely fella. Doris, as always, dressed to impress and the photographer commented that she was the best dressed she had seen in a while. You see, it’s always important to fix up, look sharp and make a good impression isn’t it. Back office or not Doris likes to stand out. We will be doing our own Santa drop off’s over the next week or so to all of our lovely dT community, Doris will be making an appearance in person where possible too.
