Hive and Wellness is dedicated to supporting Australian beekeeping families by sharing our iconic pure Australian honey with the world.    This week, our Chief Operating Officer, Dr. Ben McKee, participated in an important roundtable with the National Foundation for Australia-China Relations, where leaders discussed trade with China and ensuring the stability and resilience of export markets for Queensland businesses.   We’re proud to strengthen export opportunities and privileged to be able to bring Australia’s pure honey to new markets and consumers, fostering trust in the taste and quality of Australian honey worldwide.

Today, we came together to celebrate Diwali, the festival of lights! Over a spread of delicious homemade dishes from the north and south of India, our team shared laughter, stories of the Diwali origin, and experienced new (and remarkable) flavours. We even dressed up in traditional Indian outfits to fully immerse ourselves in the spirit of the day. For those who don't know, Diwali symbolizes the triumph of light over darkness and good over evil, marked by lighting lamps, sharing meals, and spending time with loved ones. It’s a heart warming reminder of renewal, prosperity, and unity—values we truly cherish at Hive + Wellness. A shout out to our incredible staff members who spoilt us, took us on their journey and made sure that our bellies were VERY full (even though we swore we had reached our limits)!

We’re excited to announce our latest collaboration with GS25, South Korea’s largest convenience store chain! Together, we’ve launched a co-branded Manuka Soda using our Capilano MGO30+ Manuka honey, now available in over 15,000 stores across South Korea. This partnership is a great opportunity for us to grow brand awareness in a new region and explore new possibilities for Capilano honey in this key market. With the hard work from our Korean team, led by Jacob Michaels, we were able to secure ongoing expansion into major retailers like Lotte, Traders, and eMart. Great work, team!
