So we did a thing! 🫢 We held the National #EmployerSupportAwards. As we have since 2022, we held a day time immersion activity to show our nominated employers what it is Defence does behind closed doors, AND we held the National Awards Dinner 🤗! The LBA is proud to support our staff in their service within Defence. General Manager Mitch Duhig has completed his Army Reserve Officer Commissioning Course, being on leave with Reserves for over 16 weeks in 2023 and 2024. He now starts his journey as a Lieutenant. The LBA was awarded with the “ADF Employer Support Award” for Tasmania and won an honourable mention at the National awards held in Adelaide in October, attended by LBA Secretary Brodie Clark. With Sarah Veale having lead the Tornadoes development program this season, these young women are already destined for success However, developing these young women wouldn't be possible without the support of the Launceston Basketball Association.
