Project: 300 Flinders Street, Melbourne
Centrally situated directly across from Flinders Street Station, the former Victorian University has undergone a remarkable transformation into an attractive office tower offering breathtaking views lines of Yarra River and the city of Melbourne.
The strategic goal at 300 Flinders Street was to reposition the asset by extensive infrastructure & amenities upgrades, also creating an activated ground floor experience, treating the site connection as an internal street linking Flinders Street and Mill Place.
Over the past 18+ months, McCormack working closely with Marprop & Futuro Capital, significantly enhancing the value of 300 Flinders Street by undertaking the below:
- Demolition of Basement, Ground, Façade and Levels 9-17 (17,780m2)
- Infrastructure Upgrades including Cooling Towers, Vertical Transportation, Mechanical, Hydraulic, Electrical & Plant Equipment
- Façade Works and Mills Place Entry
- Ground Floor Refurbishment & Retail Arcade (2,924m2)
- End of Trip
- On-Floor Lobbies, Amenities & DDA
- Level 14, 15, 16 Spec Suite Fitouts (220m2-700m2)
- Balcony Refurbishment Works
- Warm Shell & Intertenancy Works
- Stair Removal and Infills
