**Exciting Announcement: Sarah Derry Joins the Two Good Foundation Board** We are delighted to announce that Sarah Derry, former CEO of Accor Pacific and now CEO of Homeward Bound Projects, has joined the board of the Two Good Foundation. Sarah will join as Chair and be supported by deputy chair Shamal Dass. Sarah is an accomplished leader with an extensive career in hospitality and a deep commitment to people and social impact. As CEO of Accor Pacific, she led one of the region’s largest hotel groups, driving growth, innovation and heart. Now, as CEO of Homeward Bound, Sarah is spearheading a global initiative to empower women in leadership roles across the world, particularly in science and sustainability. Sarah’s strategic vision, combined with her passion for empowering women and creating meaningful change, makes her a perfect fit for our board. We’ve been fortunate to work with Sarah in an advisory capacity in the past, and we are excited to formalise her involvement as we continue our mission to employ and empower vulnerable women!

**Exciting Announcement: Justine Baker Joins the Two Good Foundation Board**   We are thrilled to announce that the incredible Justine Baker has joined the board of the Two Good Foundation.    Justine brings a wealth of experience and a track record of leadership that inspires us all. From her role as CEO of the renowned hospitality group Solotel to her position as Chair of the Night Time Industries Association, Justine has made a lasting impact on the hospitality industry.   Over the past few years, Justine has been a mentor to our General Manager, Kyle Westgarth, and an advisor to our founder Rob Caslick. But what truly inspires us is her leaning into the fire and taking a leadership role in rehabilitating the Swillhouse group. It’s a testament to her courage and her belief in the power of hospitality as both a successful business and a place of opportunity for women.   We’re excited to welcome Justine to the board, where her insight, passion, and dedication will help guide us as we continue our mission to change the course of the lives of vulnerable women.
