Partnering with the visionary owner Consortium led by Rebel Property and Capitel Group, Metis was entrusted to provide a full suite of comprehensive project services, including design, development and project management, as well as community and authority consultation. A true testament to our vision of delivering Places with Purposeᴹᴹ, the proposed redevelopment, masterfully envisioned by the award-winning Cox Architecture with landscaping by Dangar Barin Smith Pty Ltd and placemaking by ERA-co, is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to bring an iconic lifestyle precinct to the heart of Double Bay. Key highlights include: + High-end retail and dining precincts that embody Double Bay's cosmopolitan vibrancy. + A landscaped open courtyard with new pedestrian connections and upgraded public spaces. + Premium commercial office suites, cinemas, and community spaces designed to inspire and engage. + A luxury boutique hotel and a state-of-the-art health and wellness centre. + A limited collection of timeless residences, curated for elevated living. Metis Milestoneᴹᴹ | Project Completion | Munro House Congratulations to our valued client Top Spring Australia on the successful completion of Munro House in Elizabeth Bay, Sydney, with residents having now moved into their stunning new homes! Designed by PBD Architects, interiors by Mim Design, landscaping by Taylor Brammer Landscape Architects, and constructed by Ceerose, this Art Deco-inspired building redefines luxury living in Sydney’s inner east. Munro House takes inspiration from its rich history and the unique natural and urban surroundings, creating an oasis of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom residences and penthouses. Metis will be overseeing the early works demolition phase, marking the first delivery milestone of this significant mixed-use redevelopment project. Designed by architects Studio.SC and landscape by Arcadia Landscape Architecture, Rozelle Village is a true mixed-use precinct.
