Partnering with the visionary owner Consortium led by Rebel Property and Capitel Group, Metis was entrusted to provide a full suite of comprehensive project services, including design, development and project management, as well as community and authority consultation. A true testament to our vision of delivering Places with Purposeᴹᴹ, the proposed redevelopment, masterfully envisioned by the award-winning Cox Architecture with landscaping by Dangar Barin Smith Pty Ltd and placemaking by ERA-co, is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to bring an iconic lifestyle precinct to the heart of Double Bay.
