From site sourcing, negotiating leases, to developing a detailed design brief, planning approvals, and tenant delivery management, it has been a pleasure working together to achieve outstanding results. In line with our vision to assist our clients in maximising their potential, the Two Providers Distribution Centre in Sydney’s inner west has been designed for their bespoke needs. This includes a large freezer and chiller with a purpose-built, dedicated recessed dock and ante room for seamless temperature-controlled loading and unloading operations, as well as a flexible design to accommodate future business growth. Excited to share the completion of Prime Projects (NSW) Pty Limited latest project in Sydney's inner west and home to our client Two Providores new office and warehouse distribution headquarters. Prime Projects (NSW) Pty Limited your expertise was instrumental in bringing this vision to life. We are proud to announce the successful completion of an extremely challenging live environment / brownfield extension project for our valued repeat client, Fife Capital. This project involved extensive demolition, refurbishment of an existing 1,000m² office, and service upgrades to an existing 10,000m² warehouse while in operation. We also constructed 12,500m2 of Warehouse space over 3 tenancies, including a 3,000m² temperature-controlled freezer, and 750m2 of new two-story offices. Working within a live environment and brownfield site presented numerous challenges, including shared access, extensive underpinning to the existing warehouse, in-ground contamination, ground remediation, strict tree protection and management requirements, and multiple authority approvals for design and delivery. We are particularly proud of successfully trialling a blended low embodied carbon concrete mix for the warehouse floor, achieving a 41% reduction from the GBCA reference case!
