🪔 Diwali spirit across the globe 🌍 Diwali, the Festival of Lights, is a time to celebrate the triumph of light over darkness, knowledge over ignorance, and hope over despair. Diwali is mainly a Hindu festival, but it is also celebrated in various forms by followers of other religions. This vibrant festival serves as an annual gathering for families and communities to come together, strengthen their bonds, share blessings and spread kindness. As a company with proud Indian origins, we are excited to bring the warmth, vibrancy and inclusiveness of Diwali to all our offices worldwide. Rooted deeply in Indian culture, it symbolises renewal, unity, and the joy of togetherness - the values that resonate with Perdaman's mission and culture. This year, we're delighted to have all employees join in Diwali festivities, experiencing the beauty and significance of this tradition firsthand. We’re also honoured to have Mrs Usha Rambal, our Chairman’s mother coming from India to join us in our Perth office. Across our global offices, teams came together to share food feasts with delicious treats, and create beautiful rangoli designs that brightened our spaces. Wishing a Happy Diwali to all our friends and colleagues who are celebrating! May you have a safe and joyful celebration! #Perdaman #Diwali #Festival #Celebration

🌟Telethon Ball 2024 - Supporting WA Kids We are thrilled to have been part of the annual prestigious Telethon Ball, a truly remarkable event that showcased the incredible generosity and philanthropy of the Perth community. This year's event, MC'd by Perth Lord Mayor Basil Zempilas, with the memorable presence of Prime Minister Anthony Albanese, WA Premier Roger Cook and many other distinguished guests, was a resounding success, raising a record-breaking $16.7 million. The Telethon Ball is a true testament to the spirit of giving and community, raising millions of dollars for sick children across Western Australia. The fact that this is the largest per capita fundraising not just in Australia but in the world, is a source of great pride for all West Australians. We are honoured to be part of this powerhouse of philanthropy and generosity and play a part in supporting such a worthy cause. This year's Telethon will have a far-reaching impact across the state, with a record 136 beneficiary organisations set to benefit. The funds raised will support a range of initiatives, from advancing medical research to providing essential services and equipment, all contributing to building a better future for WA's children. At Perdaman, we are dedicated to supporting our local community, especially those who are most vulnerable. We are committed to contributing to good causes and look forward to continuing to give back to the community. #Perdaman #TelethonBall2024 #SupportingWAKids #WesternAustralians

I recently had the honour of being a key speaker at the Consulate General of India in Perth's event - Engaging the Indian Diaspora Professionals in Western Australia, alongside the Hon. Stephen Dawson MLC and Dr Jags Krishnan MLA. The event provided a platform to celebrate the remarkable achievements of the Indian diaspora professionals in Western Australia. This was an incredible opportunity to share my experiences as a proudly born Indian and to honour the impact of our community. It was inspiring to be surrounded by many outstanding individuals who have made significant contributions in various fields, showcasing the diverse talent within our community. As a member of the Indian diaspora, I am deeply proud of the role we play in fostering stronger ties between India and Australia. I highlighted the importance of leveraging our skills and expertise to enhance bilateral relations and promote mutual growth, and emphasised the importance of preserving our cultural heritage while contributing to the local community. I was truly humbled to also receive an award for industrial development and skilling initiatives, through the work we have done and continue to deliver at Perdaman. Events like these serve as a reminder of the resilience and unity of the Indian diaspora, and reinforce our commitment to making a positive impact through our work. I am eagerly looking forward to further collaboration with the business community to create synergies and drive sustainable growth. Thank you to Consulate General Amarjeet Singh Takhi for the invitation to participate in this meaningful gathering, and to everyone who joined on the night for your wonderful engagement.

We were delighted to be the Sponsor for the Aged & Community Care Providers Association (ACCPA)'s exclusive annual networking function, recently hosted at the beautiful Montgomery Hall. Bringing together key industry leaders, decision-makers, and stakeholders from the aged care sector, the event provided a valuable platform for networking, establishing connections, and engaging in meaningful discussions. We delved into the significant skill shortage within aged care and the pressing need to tackle the workforce challenges currently facing the sector. In July, we were pleased to host a series of stakeholder engagements for this objective including an aged care roundtable co-presented with ACCPA. Perdaman Global Services is dedicated to working closely with ACCPA, its members, and stakeholders to address the critical workforce challenges. We are focused on increasing business productivity, strengthening the sector, and collectively building a more sustainable future for aged care. Thanks to ACCPA for organising the event and their initiatives and dedication to advocate for the aged care sector. We are pleased to be part of such an important event and look forward to continuing our support for ACCPA's impactful initiatives. #PerdamanGlobalServices #ACCPA #AgedCare #Networking

Australia is one of the most dynamic multicultural societies with great diversity which has not only enriched its culture and way of life but also fostered innovation and economic growth. The country's sustainable future relies on smart immigration policies that attract skilled workers to address critical skill shortages across various industries. Additionally, strategic investments in infrastructure, comprehensive housing planning, social integration and inclusivity strategies are all crucial to supporting population growth and fostering social cohesion. By embracing skilled migration and fostering diversity, we can build a stronger economy, drive innovation, and ensure a vibrant and inclusive society for future generations of Australia. #PerdamanGlobalServices #AustralianImmigration #SustainableAustralia #SocialCohesion #Diverstiy #Inclusivity #EconomicGrowth

During my recent trip to India, I was truly pleased and inspired to have met with Dr. Prathap Reddy, the esteemed Founding Chairman of Apollo Hospitals in India, as well as Vice Chairperson Dr Preetha Reddy and Director Harshad Reddy. It was a privilege to spend time with the Reddy family, not only as people in business, but also as dedicated philanthropists, deeply invested in making a positive impact in the community. I was delighted to sign a Co-operation Agreement with Apollo Health Resources Limited in May 2024, host two Apollo executives in Perth in July, and welcome their stakeholder engagement with health services and aged care providers. Apollo is the largest private hospital chain in India with 73 hospitals, 100,000 staff, 10,000 doctors, 1570 diagnostic centres, 5000 pharmacies, 500 GP clinics and 11 nursing schools. Perdaman and Apollo are well positioned to increase engagement between Australia and India through driving health recruitment to meet Australia’s skilled shortages, professional development opportunities and collaboration on digital health, medical technology and health innovation. I am delighted that health services across Australia can now source high-quality health professionals with international experience from Apollo UK, through Perdaman Global Services. Perdaman and Apollo’s collaborative efforts are driven by shared core values and a commitment to changing lives and building a meaningful legacy in healthcare. #Perdaman #ApolloHospitals #AustraliaIndia #Healthcare Department of Health (WA Health), Aged & Community Care Providers Association
