Since starting as a 19-year-old Lifestyle Assistant in 2012, Alec has dedicated himself to enhancing residents' lives at Regis Dandenong North. Advancing his career to Personal Care Assistant, a role he finds incredibly rewarding, Alec continues to go above and beyond for the residents. "Helping residents with daily activities and bringing them joy is the best part of my job," he said. Alec's journey from a shy high school graduate to a qualified, compassionate team member highlights his personal and professional growth. Regis is thrilled to announce we have completed the acquisition of two Melbourne-based premium residential aged care Homes in Capel Sound and Mornington, from Ti Tree Operations Pty Ltd. The addition of Regis Capel Sound and Regis Mornington, increases Regis’ residential aged care portfolio to 69 Homes nationwide. Marcelle has been a dedicated part of the Magnolia family since 2005. With 19 years of experience, her passion for her role remains as vibrant as ever. “I truly love what I do, and after all these years, I still feel excited every time I walk into our Home and see the residents,” Marcelle shares.
