The Architectural Digest 100 List 2025 is here, and Whispr is excited to celebrate some of the most innovative minds in design on this prestigious stage. Curated annually by Architecture Digest, the AD100 highlights talents defined by influence, impact, sustainability, innovation, and a diverse portfolio. Here are a few of our favourite architects and designers featured this year: Joseph Dirand, known for ornamental minimalism, gained acclaim with projects like the Grand Palais’s Monsieur Bleu restaurant, guest suites at the Chancery Rosewood Hotel in London, and Miami’s Surf Club at The Four Seasons. Pierce & Ward, driven by Emily Ward and Louisa Pierce, crafts interiors blending Southern charm and European sophistication, drawing inspiration from travel and fashion. Notable clients include Emma Roberts, Kate Hudson, and Dakota Johnson. Laura Gonzalez combines classicism and romanticism in her maximalist designs, as seen in projects for Mandarin Oriental hotels in Miami and Mallorca. Her upcoming Galerie Laura Gonzalez in New York City and Printemps renovation in Paris highlight her enduring influence. Rose Uniacke is celebrated for refined, understated luxury. With a new shop on Pimlico Road, her work spans private member clubs in New York and homes in London, Miami, and the English countryside. Bridgette Romanek, based in Los Angeles, is known for her immersive approach to design. Her upcoming Crate & Barrel collection, boutique hotel project, and debut book, Livable Lux, cement her reputation as a tastemaker. Ashe Leandro, led by Reinaldo Leandro and Ariel Ashe, focuses on texture and minimalism. Their projects range from beach retreats to townhomes in Gramercy Park, attracting clients like Sandra Bullock. Casiraghi, an Italian-born, Paris-based designer, infuses individuality into spaces like Cannes’s LUIGI Bar and London’s Grand Hotel Bellevue. His work spans homes in France, Italy, and the United States. Frida Escobedo made history as the youngest and first woman to design The Met’s Modern & Contemporary Wing. Her portfolio includes Brooklyn’s Aesop store, the Serpentine Pavilion in London, and Centre Pompidou renovations. Hugo Toro, a Franco-Mexican architect, showcases his expertise in projects like the Orient Express Hotel in Rome and Dubai’s Gigi at J1 Beach. His work extends to residences in Ibiza and Marrakech. Studio Shamshiri, founded by siblings Pamela and Ramin Shamshiri, is renowned for bohemian, California-inspired aesthetics. Their work includes Jane Bezdek’s Greenwich Village brownstone, featured in AD’s September 2024 issue.
