Our Tabba Tabba Lithium Project has been featured as one of five Australian lithium projects to watch in 2025. With a Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) of 74.1Mt at 1.0% Li₂O, Tabba Tabba is Australia’s largest undeveloped publicly reported hard-rock spodumene resource, underpinned by nearly 114,000m of drilling and hosting six significant pegmatite bodies across a 3.5km-long LCT pegmatite field. As lithium prices are forecast to rise significantly in 2025—BMI predicts a 29% gain for lithium carbonate to US$20,000/t—projects like Tabba Tabba are well positioned to meet growing global demand. UBS forecasts an 18% year-on-year increase in lithium demand to 1.5Mt LCE next year, driven by supply cuts, project slowdowns, and renewed market balance. Euroz Hartleys has updated its coverage on Wildcat Resources (ASX: WC8) with a 'Speculative Buy' recommendation and a price target of $0.70 per share. We’ve defined a maiden Mineral Resource Estimate of 𝟳𝟰.𝟭𝗠𝘁 𝗮𝘁 𝟭.𝟬% 𝗟𝗶₂𝗢 for the Tabba Tabba Lithium Project, now Australia’s largest undeveloped hard-rock spodumene resource. Located 80km from Port Hedland on granted mining leases, the project has 94% of the resource in the Indicated category and is suited for bulk-tonnage open-pit mining. This milestone, achieved within 12 months from first assays, marks significant progress as we advance towards the Pre-Feasibility Study. Managing Director Ajanth (AJ) Saverimutto said: “We have now confirmed Wildcat has the largest and the highest confidence undeveloped publicly reported lithium resource in Australia which was delivered in record time. With significant other advantages including granted Mining Leases, proximity to port, outcropping mineralisation, and excellent metallurgical recoveries we believe we are the best potential lithium developer globally. This is a significant milestone for Wildcat, and I would like to congratulate and thank our team who have done an incredible job of identifying, drilling and delivering the maiden resource. We look forward to continued exploration for potential expansion of the resource base both at Tabba Tabba and regionally, as well as completing our PFS and DFS studies, with the to aim to ready the Project for development.” General Manager of Geology Torrin Rowe said: “It is rare to be involved in a discovery that has Tier 1 credentials. The Project has scale, location, beneficial geometries and favourable near-term development attributes.
