Financial Planning Analyst

We here at TOM Executive Recruitment, have partnered with an Global Fintech business to recruit a FP&A Analyst role for a permanent position based in Melbourne.

• Location: Melbourne CBD
• Salary: $110 - 120K + super
• Remote working for up to 6 weeks of the year.

Overview:

Working closely with the Group Head of Finance and FP&A Manager, you will assist on conducting analysis and reporting across the group, identify key insights to drive decision making as well as supporting the budgeting and forecasting process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in annual budgeting and forecasting process, including analysis and reporting.
• Business partnering with the business through monthly reporting, and insightful analysis of actuals vs plans.
• Supporting FP&A Manager by working with key stakeholders to understand key business drivers
• Contribute with production of monthly board packs.

Required Skills:

• CA / CPA with 3 + years experience post qualification
• Advanced excel skills and financial modeling skills.
• Experience data visualization tools, SQL etc.
