Changing research culture with narrative CVs 📄💡 The shift from traditional to narrative CVs is gaining momentum in research and innovation (R&I), transforming how achievements, experiences, and skills are presented. This transition can be challenging, which is why the Peer Exchange Platform for Narrative-style CVs (PEP-CV) was created.
