Yesterday, our Audiovisual Team had the chance to compete in the "Slimste Bureau ter Wereld" (The Smartest Agency in the World) hosted by Ads & Data– and what a ride it was! 🚀 As "OMGoeBezig", we tackled tough questions, pushed our limits, and gave it our all. While we didn’t claim the top spot in the end, we made sure to capture the moment when we were in first place!🥇 It was all about the experience – working together and enjoying the fun of a good challenge. As media is rapidly changing due to AI, digitization, automation etc. it goes without saying that we work at a high pace asking high adaptability from our talent. Today, our OMG Culture Club ambassador, Clara Delhaye organized the first Omnicom-Media-Group-Clean up challenge and it was a enormous success! 30 OMG'rs and Semetisians managed to collect nothing less than 12 full garbage bags in less than 10 minutes! It's fair to say that the park around Tour & Taxis looks a lot cleaner now! 🙌 Next, we challenge, OMD Belgium and Luxembourg and PHD Media Belgium to collect even more and make our streets look spick & span! 😀 Proud of all of you, Semetis and Omnicom Media Group Belgium!!

Last Thursday was an unforgettable day with our OMG team! We kicked off with an insightful All Hands presentation at O'Learys, during which our MDs provided key business updates and introduced our new CFO, Dieter Vandecappelle. It was inspiring to witness our collective vision and direction for the future. After a satisfying lunch, we immersed ourselves into a world of adventure with exciting VR games, loads of laughter and camaraderie among us at The Park Playground. The highlight of the day was our dinner workshop at Haven, where we embarked on a Thai cooking adventure! From the taste explosion of our starters to the savoury delights of our main course, our taste buds were taken on an unforgettable journey!
