We’re excited to share Pablo Sanchez’s inspiring journey with us here at Centennial! Pablo joined Centennial in November 2023, ready to advance his aviation career in Canada. Navigating the high demand for flight training, he’s especially grateful to Centennial for providing him the opportunity to convert his ICAO commercial pilot license to Canadian standards.

Congratulations to Zach Cota on Completing His Group 1 Instrument Rating! 🎉 Zach achieved an important milestone on October 7th, 2024, earning his Group 1 Instrument Rating and officially completing his flight training with Centennial Flight Centre. As a long-time member of our team, Zach has consistently demonstrated excellence in the flight training industry. His positive attitude (and occasionally impressive moustache!) has inspired and motivated many along the way. He takes pride in helping others achieve their aviation goals, and we’re excited to see where his journey takes him next. Well done, Zach! The aviation world is lucky to have you.

Big Congratulations to Mitch Shepherd on Passing His CPL Flight Test! 🎉 On October 4th, 2024, Mitch reached a major milestone in his aviation journey by earning his Commercial Pilot License. Mitch is a familiar and dedicated member of the Centennial team, known for his role as a dispatcher, where he’s helped keep flight operations running smoothly for countless students. Despite weather delays and a tight training schedule, Mitch stayed calm under pressure and nailed his flight test. What’s next for Mitch? He’s already gearing up to complete his instructor rating so he can share his knowledge and help others achieve their aviation dreams. Well done, Mitch! His knowledge and eagerness to contribute have been invaluable to co-workers and students over the years. As a trusted mentor, Zach has supported many students. Zach’s role as a ground school instructor further confirmed his desire to obtain his Flight Instructor rating to continue supporting pilots in their training.
