At the #PathwaystoGE Conference in November 2024, small and medium organizations (SMOs) were asked to speak on the importance of supporting organizations like theirs: the unique value they bring to the international cooperation sector and what they would like to see in future support. Hear what they had to say in the video below. SMOs value support that is tailored to their specific needs: opportunities to connect and learn from one another, build new partnerships, access resources and funding to strengthen and implement sustainable projects around the world. With the recent news that Spur Change will be extended until December 2025, we are very grateful and excited for the opportunity to continue meeting the capacity-building and knowledge sharing needs of SMOs for another year. Had the extreme privilege of facilitating a three day session with some incredible SMOs here in BC on behalf of Spur Change | Activer le changement and British Columbia Council for International Cooperation. Filled my cup to work with this fabulous group, so eager to support eachother in exploring the utility, limitations and opportunities of RBM. I'm exhausted, and grateful.
