Marina P Paronetto of Mercer provided an overview of our 2024 Diversity Dashboard results, highlighting mixed progress: while representation by women has increased, the persistent challenges in advancing diversity and achieving pay equity still exist. Compensation experts Annika Reinhardt (CCP®, GRP®, CSCP®) of Talent Collective and Hannah Wells of White & Gale Consulting Inc. provided us with practical advice on how to collect data to conduct pay equity analysis, and tools tech companies can use to report findings.
