Built with advanced MgO cement technology, TechPanel foundations deliver unmatched protection against moisture, rot, and degradation, ensuring long-term durability and stability. The integrated insulation eliminates the need for separate thermal layers, improving energy efficiency and reducing thermal bridging for a more sustainable building. Custom-cut to project specifications and equipped with pre-cut utility channels, TechPanels simplify on-site assembly, reduce labor costs, and accelerate project timelines. Have a project in mind, but need some help with cementing the foundation? Get in touch, we can help.

'Twas the night before Christmas, and all through ZS2, The TechCrew was busy packing building materials for you. The TechPanels were stacked in the yard with care, In hopes that the transport truck soon would be there. The lights on the TechHouse were dimmed for the night, Wrapped in MgO, it glowed with delight. As we end 2024 and wind down production, Here’s to another year of decarbonizing construction!

Sealed Tight. Built Right. The roof package is underway at Tataskweyak Cree Nation, Split Lake. With floors, walls, and roof coming together, this project is well on its way to being fully enclosed using our 3-in-1 TechPanels. Huge shoutout to the crew for their impressive work on site. Battling temperatures of -20°C to -25°C (that’s -4°F to -13°F) with windchills pushing it down to -30°C to -35°C (-22°F to -31°F) in Northern Manitoba, Canada. True grit and determination on display. This facility will provide much-needed support for the community, and we’re proud to be part of it and see it come to life. #HighPerformanceEnvelope #PrefabConstruction #FasterConstruction
