At the recent Global Stroke Alliance meeting in Bogotá, we celebrated a significant milestone in the partnership between the Ministry of Health in Colombia and the World Stroke Organization (WSO). Key achievements highlighted include: 1️⃣ Bogotá's SubRed North becoming the first WSO-certified Advanced Stroke Network—a trailblazer in delivering world-class stroke care. 2️⃣ Launching a collaborative project for Colombia’s National Stroke Plan, with a focus on certifying acute stroke and rehabilitation centers. 3️⃣ The first WSO Certification visit to a rehabilitation center, marking a pivotal step in improving post-stroke recovery pathways. Huge congratulations to Claudio Alejandro Jimenez Monsalve for his leadership and to Colombia’s dedicated stroke neurologists for their relentless efforts and commitment to transforming stroke care in the country. This progress not only strengthens the healthcare landscape in Colombia but also serves as a model for stroke care advancement worldwide. #acutestrokecare #GlobalHealth #WorldStrokeOrganization #Colombia #AVC #globalstrokealliancelatam #strokecarequality #strokerehabcertification

🌟 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗶𝗱𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗘𝗦-𝗤+ 𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆! 🌟 Two years ago, we embarked on the RES-Q+ mission to redefine stroke care with three key goals: 1️⃣ 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹 to streamline healthcare data collection and processing. 2️⃣ 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗜-𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘃𝗶𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 to analyze data and deliver actionable feedback to healthcare providers. 3️⃣ 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘃𝗶𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗸𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 to support condition monitoring and recovery. Now, halfway through, we’re thrilled to share some exciting updates: 🔹𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗧𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀: • Our discharge importer tool and related automation systems are making great progress, simplifying data management for healthcare providers. • Initial predictive models for 90-day outcomes have been developed using five advanced algorithms and eight predictors. These models form the foundation for integrating modifiable predictors, enabling tailored intervention strategies to improve recovery outcomes. 🔹𝗔𝗜 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀: • The Data Science Workbench now includes initial 90-day mRS (modified Rankin Scale) prediction models. Built on advanced algorithms, these models are designed to evolve as new, impactful variables are added, providing increasingly valuable insights for stroke care. Together, we are making significant strides toward transforming stroke care through data, technology, and innovation. Let’s continue to shape the future of stroke care! Stay tuned for more updates as we progress further on this impactful journey. #StrokeCare #RESQPlus #HealthcareInnovation #AIInHealthcare #MidwayMilestones
