Today the IEEE ISAF 2024 starts as part of the UFFC JS in Taipei. We are proud to participate again as a bronze sponsor. ISO15118-20 ready for shipping! We are looking forward to showing our charge controller CP-ISO at the #ISO15118-20 demonstration next Monday and Tuesday at the #ICNC24. Together with Hubject, Keysight Technologies and Grid & Co. GmbH we will demonstrate the exciting and market-required functionality of #ISO15118-20 with - TLS 1.3 mutual Auth, - authorisation via EIM - authorisation via #PlugAndCharge (#PnC) - and even BPT (bi-directional power transfer, #VehicleToGrid) Thanks to Hubject's EVSE check, our controller is already pre-certified for #OCPP 1.6 and 2.0.1 and therefore ready for off-the-shelf use. The controller will be on display in an engineering sample wallbox for 2x AC and is ready for shipping now 😊 There are already more than 35,000 charging points in Europe using our controllers. Now in their 3rd generation, they are at the forefront of technology with their modular design, high reliability and cutting-edge features. aixACCT hosted the international 10th #piezoMEMS workshop in Aachen, Germany. The SuperC building of Technical University of Aachen was the venue offering an amazing view on the cathedral and the city center. According to several posts the meeting was a great event and big success. As the initiator of this meeting, which took place for the first time 14 years ago, we wanted to give this anniversary workshop a special framework to express our appreciation for being part of this great community. Our idea was to create an atmosphere that would allow for friendly and open discussion between the participants. The Chairman of the workshop with the support of the International Advisory Board were able to attract many well-known speakers from industry and research. The excellent presentations, which provided an inspiring insight into the significant progress in the field of piezoMEMS, triggered fruitful discussions, even between supposed competitors. Susan Trolier-McKinstry described it very aptly in her closing remarks as "collaborative competition". Everyone appreciates the successes of others and tries to take away impulses for themselves that lead to a successful goal. Because in the end, it is important to all of us that this technology, which we all put our heart and soul into, is successful. We are pleased to present the world's first pre-certified charging controller for the Hubject Plug&Charge (#PnC) ecosystem. With our controller, which can also be installed as an upgrade to our existing series, we enable charging station manufacturers to support current and future requirements in a cost-effective and flexible way. Parts of the development were carried out as part of the Energy ECS project, which runs until the end of 2024 and involves many industry and research partners from all over Europe. Our CP-ISO controller can control up to two AC charging points simultaneously with IEC 61851-1 and ISO 15118-2, has Ethernet, BLE, WiFi and optional integrated LTE as well as a wide range of connection options for meters and other devices. Meters that comply with German calibration law are also supported. The operating software supports both #OCPP 1.6j and 2.0.1 and, together with Plug&Charge, has unique features. A software update will be available in mid-2024, which will also support the ISO 15118-20 required for #V2G for AC and, in a hardware variant with CAN bus, also DC charging. Manufacturer independence, continuous in-house development of functionality and extremely fast adaptability to customer requirements are our strengths. We test not only in the laboratory, but also with the leading backends and vehicle manufacturers, thus ensuring the high quality and interoperability of our controllers. This is proven by over 35,000 charging points that are operated with controllers from aixACCT Systems GmbH throughout Europe. The Aachen-based company elexon GmbH will be the first manufacturer of charging stations to use our controller. Many thanks to the team at aixACCT Systems GmbH and Hubject for this achievement!
