What an incredible crew conference we had over the past two days in Bucharest! Together with our partners CMA CGM, Ernst Jacob (GmbH & Co KG) and Nordic Hamburg Shipmanagement we hosted 90 seafarers from around 15 different nationalities in Romania. The conference was a fantastic opportunity for attendees to share experiences and discuss challenges faced on board. Key topics such as safety on board and CO2 emissions were highlighted, and during breakout sessions, our partners updated the seafarers on the latest developments within their companies. The event concluded with a spectacular Gala Dinner, where everyone gathered after a brief refresh to enjoy a delightful meal and an entertaining show. The highlight of the evening was recognizing the dedication of seafarers who have been with Ernst Jacob and Nordic for more than 10 years. We’re already looking forward to the next crew conference in 2025!
