DanPedMed is excited to be in Amsterdam for the conect4children International Symposium! We're joining leading experts and stakeholders in pediatric clinical trials to discuss innovative methods and share best practices. It's an inspiring opportunity to connect, learn, and contribute to improving medicines for children across Europe. For two days we’re engaging in workshops, presentations, and networking sessions, all aimed at enhancing our collaborative efforts in pediatric research.

DanPedMed at the Patient and Public Involvement (PPI) Conference in Brussels! We’re thrilled to attend the European Young Persons Advisory Group Network (eYPAGnet) and conect4children conference, focusing on meaningful involvement of children and young people in health research. The conference is a valuable platform for discussing impactful PPI approaches, sharing best practices, and strengthening collaboration across Europe. We're looking forward to insightful discussions and new ideas to foster innovation in pediatric clinical trials. National Coordinator for DanPedMed, Pernille Skovby, is representing us at the conference and joins an inspiring group of participants from Europe, aiming to bring the voices of young people and their families closer to health research. DanPedMed in Amsterdam This week, Pernille Skovby and our colleagues from across Europe had the privilege of presenting their work on quality standards for paediatric clinical trial sites. The workshop has offered invaluable insights into the advancements being made in paediatric research throughout Europe. We are deeply grateful for the opportunity to both present and participate. 🔍 Deltag i et vigtigt forskningsprojekt om medicin til børn og unge! Vi er stolte af at være en del af et spændende multinationalt forskningsprojekt ledet af den internationale organisation conect4children (C4C) , der arbejder for at udvikle bedre medicin til børn og unge. Som en del af dette projekt samler vi data i Danmark – og vi har brug for jeres hjælp! Vi søger 250 besvarelser fra børn og unge i alderen 3 til 18 år til en undersøgelse, der fokuserer på deres holdninger til medicin uden farve (f.eks. hvid eller gennemsigtig medicin). 👉Hvordan kan du hjælpe? Børn og unge mellem 12 og 18 år kan selv udfylde undersøgelsen. Børn mellem 7 og 11 år kan få hjælp fra en omsorgsperson. DanPedMed is in Bergen to attend the conect4children general assembly 🙌 Today we have been attending a workshop on how to train the trainer. Today we are at Denmark’s best clinical trials 2024! The day is meant for celebrating all the important work being done for clinical research and better medicine in Denmark. We are very pleased to see several clinical trials for children being nominated this year. This shows the huge development the pediatric clinical trials have gone through. At DanPedMed, we are very happy to be part of this development! This is the third time Denmark's best clinical trials have been held, and each year the overwhelming support for clinical trials is very inspiring. It motivates us to continue striving for advancements clinical trials. DanPedMed is at the 5th Nordic conference on pediatric medicines in Helsinki Today the topic is: Future of clinical research landscape; new infrastructures, practices, and legal framework. Here we will hear several experts talk about these topics and get relevant information. Tomorrow the topic is: Day 2: Future of pediatric clinical trials; new methods, products, data sources and innovations. We will hear several experts bring new and exciting prospects on the future of pediatric clinical trials. Expert day arranged by conect4children in Bruxelles Today DanPedMed is in Bruxelles where national coordinator, Pernille Skovby, is attending and speaking at a meeting arranged by conect4children. For us it is very important to attend to these opportunities to meet and speak with our colleagues across Europe. Pernille Skovby have talked about her perspectives on how to spread the word in academia together with Athimalaipet Ramanan and Levi Hoste.
