Rugbrød udtales ”Lo-bu-lo” på japansk, og måske skal vi øve os på at sige det, for stjernebagerne i Tokyo er begyndt at bage fuldkornsrugbrød 🌾🇯🇵 Rugbrød er faktisk så populært, at ordet ”rugbrød er blevet nomineret som det mest spændende gourmetord i 2025 ifølge ”ELLE Gourmet Japon”. Det fortalte Sachiko Kuramoto om i Aftenshowet i går, og da hun for nylig besøgte os i Fuldkornspartnerskabet. Sachiko udgav sidste år bogen ”Rugbrød” i Japan og den har fået en varm modtagelse: ”Rugbrød er fascinerende, da det afspejler Danmarks udvikling. For mig er rugbrød ikke bare brød, men en ambassadør for dansk kultur. Med rugbrød kan jeg fortælle om mange unikke aspekter af Danmark – både historisk, kulturelt, kulinarisk, ernæringsmæssigt, husholdningsmæssigt, landbrugsmæssigt og miljømæssigt” fortæller Sachiko Kuramoto.
