On Tuesday we attended a ceremony at Greenyard Kings Lyn site to welcome their new dedicated Sunswap reefer. The sun was shining for the occasion putting the solar panels straight to work! We were joined by the Mayor of Kings Lyn and were presented with Greenyard's impressive sustainability journey so far and how the e-reefer will be a major contributor to the next phase. With reducing scope 3 emissions being a priority, our partnership will be critical to enabling that. The reefer will operate moving frozen vegetables between 2 of Greenyard sites, working on a closed loop with minimal variables means electric is a perfect choice.
